  It is directly across from Carnival but all others are extremely close. More of a commercial district area right at hotel. But within a couple miles are some amazing restaurants. Some right on the waterway.

  Guest service needs better training. The price you're quoted isn't the price you pay. You have to pay for parking and for amenity charges which should be included in the price. This hotel is a rip off. I do not recommend it.

  The rooms are nice but make sure to get food before 9pm cause all food places are closed even on the weekends. The front desk girl told us the holiday in across the street bar was open and it was then when we let her know she said I know.

  Front desk was unenthusiastic. We showed up at 3pm. This is check-in time according to IHG website. According to the hotel, it's 4pm. No room ready. Emily at the front desk took our number and promised that she would call when a room was ready. Since we are platinum elite, she said we would be top priority. She never called. Shame on you. We came back at 4:30pm and were given a room. We gave Emily the side eye so she ignored us completely. No one acknowledged platinum when we were finally able to check in, so maybe this hotel just doesn't care. The folks at the front desk were basically zombies. Again. Shame on you. Room is ok, but the hotel is brand new. I can literally see thru the air conditioner unit to outside the entire building. I could poke a stick through it to outside. What's that about? The thermostat is "freaking out" where it can't be read. The lamp in the room was also having some sort of episode flashing all crazy. Whatever kind of coat rack or towel rack or whatever weird thing in the room is fell off in my hand. It has a buthtub. A BATHTUB! It's 2026 and this is a brand new hotel! No one wants to stand in a tepid vat of only god knows what. The teenagers or whatever they are at the desk would rather socialize with the kid who was supposed to be cleaning then tend to gusets. Such a shame. The hotel can be bad, or the front desk can be bad, but never both. I always walk into an IHG property with a huge smile because I know everything will be just fine. But this hotel is a black eye on the brand. Again, shame on you people. I'll not be back, and no one I know will ever come here. If you need one night waiting a cruise, maybe you can suffer through it, but I'd look elsewhere. No excuse for all this.

  Absolutely love this place. We stayed here one night before our recent cruise. We requested a room facing the port and were granted our request when we got there. We were able to watch the cruise ships come in the morning from our bed which was awesome. We booked the park and cruise package. It was very convenient to leave our car there. Just had to walk across the street in the morning of the cruise to board the ship. Then when we returned another walk across the street to grab the car and head home. Breakfast was also good. Only thing to could complain about here is that the cost is a little high. They know what they have here with the location and charge do it. You can hardly blame them I guess…
