For this trip we were staying to visit family in Brooksville ahead of traveling to Post Canaveral the next day for a cruise...as we were boarding said cruise my wife discovered she was missing one of her diamond stud earrings (one she has had/worn for 27 years since our marriage). We called the hotel requesting they ask the cleaning staff to be on the look out for the earring. We figured chances were slim and my wife was beside herself upset. As we sailed away on our cruise and got out of reach of phone service, we said "what will be, will be" and hoped for good news when we returned. Upon waking up on day 2 of the cruise, apparently we had just enough reception through WiFi to get a notification of a voicemail from the hotel (Rhonda) informing us they had found the earring! Naturally the wife was ecstatic and so grateful to the entire team at this location. Post cruise we had a different route driving home so we called the staff and made arrangements for a family member to retrieve the earring and are excited for the return to my wife's ear lobe as family visits for Christmas here in just over a week! HUGE THANKS to Rhonda and everyone involved...you're integrity is very much appreciated.
