1. Cleanliness (8/10)
Clean hotel with the lobby and common areas well maintained- towel and linen quality are the standard Hilton quality nothing crazy but it’s nice .
2. Comfort (9/10)
AC works fine , there is nothing around but carvana and an abandoned lot behind so there is not much noise and the bed is pretty comfortable .
3 . Amenities (10/10)
For it being in the category of a extended stay it has the basic amenities such as gym , laundry pool , business area and a lounge area by the pool I do wish they would turn in the fountain in the front it’s a very nice touch to the property .
WiFi is good , parking is great if you got big trucks for work campers and generally there is a lot of parking .
4. Service (8/10)
- I stayed there couple times with having to experience two front desk managers both were great but none of them provided the tier Hilton honor sleeve it’s a little detail but it means a lot to some people . Check in with Megan was smooth and the overnight gentleman is world class .
5. Location (9/10)
It’s hidden in a way which is great cause you get to stay away from all the people but close enough to a lot of restaurants and attractions that once you drive 2 minutes you can be in another world .
I always felt very safe staying in this property .
6. Value for Money (8/10)
With hotels it’s always about supply and demand and the time of the year but this hotel especially the size and what it has to offer inside the room for a hotel can comfortably accommodate a family so it’s a bang for your buck depending on the time of the year .
7. Food & Drink (8/10)
Free breakfast (shoutout Marisol) it’s the basic home 2 breakfast nothing crazy but will fill you up and it’s a step up from a Hampton inn . Waffles , eggs , 2-3 juice types . Coffee , bacon , sausage , oatmeal and they switch it up everyday so it’s pretty good .
8. Accessibility (10/10)
Very accessible, fast elevators and good layout
If you’re handicapped it’s a 11/10 wide hallways , wide elevators , wide layout of the rooms and hallways so very easy to maneuver .
9. Overall Experience (8.3/10)
I would stay again , I would recommend to my family and the one thing that stood out to me was Marisol and the heart and soul she brings to the table during breakfast !!! She is amazing

Very disappointed my 7 year old son and husband stuck in elevator for 45 min and rescued by fire department. No one from the hotel come to even ask how they feeling no concern no safety no accountability. Fire officer ask for a key so they can manually open door but receptionist doesn’t know anything when I ask her to talk her manager about key she replied he is in meeting. Customer’s emergency and safety has no priority. I booked that for 15 days but after this incident I cancel my booking and shift to other hotel. Definitely not recommending specially when you are travelling with family . Even there breakfast items are always empty

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms are here; sometimes the pictures are deceiving online but these matched up well! The rooms appeared to be newly remodeled, the bathroom was clean, the beds were good, very very spacious. The walk up area had a nice fire burning, the common area was large and decorative for new years. The breakfast was good-plenty of options. Valerie was very kind, polite, full of manners and genuinely happy to help :) we will be back on our way south. Thanks!
