I have stayed at this Home 2 a lot this year but this stay - no hot water = cold showers, terrible TV like a satellite in a rainstorm and they are doing construction so banging all day. Looks like this place will be off my list for 2026.

I've been a Hilton member for many years, and I have to say this has been one of the worst and inconveniencing hotel experiences I've ever had. I checked in 2 days ago, only to find out there was no hot water. I would later find out that this was an issue that had been going on for a few days, yet nothing was mentioned of it upon checking in. I thought maybe it would pass, so I took a cold shower that night and went to bed. However, the water was still cold the next morning, so I notified the front desk, and that's when they told me it had been like that for a few days, and that they had people on-site working on it. I woke up the next day to find that the water was still the same. Freezing cold. I notified the front desk again, and they told me the sane thing. That they had someone on-site working on it. I couldn't take it anymore and decided to check out early. I called and spoke with the girl at the front desk and asked her if there was any kind of discount they could give me for the inconvenience of not even being able to take a hot shower. She went and spoke to her manager, and came back and told me that for the inconvenience, they would allow me to check out at 12 pm and not charge me for the additional days I booked but wasn't staying. Not charging me for days I'm not staying there? Wow! Thanks so much for that! That's so kind of you. I stopped by the front desk on my way out and asked the lady if there was any kind of refund they could give for the inconvenience. She went abd spoke to her manager, and came back and told me no. In my opinion, it's really poor business etiquette to not tell people checking in that there's no hot water. I would've never even stayed there if I would've known that. And then to not only not tell someone, but to still charge them full price of almost $200 a night when they can't even take a hot shower is crazy to me. I will never stay here again.

We were provided an unclean room. Carpet was dirty with debris; the room smelled like a wet dog and the kitchen utensils were dirty. In addition, the bed appeared to be a full size than a queen size and they do not provide adequate size pillows. Lastly, various TV channels stated “Channel Off-Air”. I informed the front desk attendee via text messages and in-person, and she stated the manager would contact us. Unfortunately, we were not contacted by the manager. Book with caution. We will never stay here again.

Due to remodeling construction, there was no hot water for the first day and a half and a few other problems, which caused me to initially post a scathing one star review. After a pleasant and productive talk wih the manager, all possible deficiencies were quickly resolved. The subsequent days of our stay have been quite pleasant - more what I expected at this hotel brand.

Entire hotel was without hot water all weekend, construction on several floors in early hours and no mention of that when you book. Rooms were filthy with dog hair on the pillows and sheets, dirt dust balls and grass all over the floor. Dried pee and hair on toilet seats.
