  Not as nice as some of the other Holiday inn express’s that I’ve stayed in. The shower needed to be cleaned better & we saw a roach in our room when we were packing up to leave. I was very disappointed.

  We paid over $300 for one night and I expected way more than what they offered. The floors in lobby were disgusting , the room itself was below average at best. The breakfast bar was underwhelming and my one conversation with the manager tells me everything that they are not customer friendly or willing to get your repeat business. They succeeded in that I guess.

  Very good customer service. Kiera at the night desk and Meagan on the morning shift were friendly and helpful during our stay. Prompt response was given for amenities requests, and a late checkout was also approved. Further testimony to consistent good service we receive from Holiday Inn Express locations in Florida. Good job everybody!

  This place was incredibly disappointing. The pictures are NOT accurate. It's a shame because the woman who runs the breakfast appears to be making the best out of a dated facility. I'd guess that the owners of this franchise pocket every penny and rarely reinvest in the business. Where to start? -Old food packaging sitting around the room, including on the headboard (see pics) -Skin/debris/gunk in the headboard frame (see pics) -Broken remote AND a TV with a huge purple spot across the screen. -Marks on the headboard, making it clear they do not use any kind of cleaning material on spaces that people sleep on (pic). -Dark brown gunk piece hanging from the ceiling, appeared to be feces. I chose not to take a picture of this. -Breakfast nook has seating that is cracked and not appetizing to use. I've seen better at 50 year old roadside diners. -Caulk and layers of cracking paint trying to cover up the mold and mildew. -AC emmitting mildew smell. They claim to be a 2-star hotel, and charged me over $270/night. I've stayed at others of this franchise and had lovely experiences- this is on this particular location. After all this, we only stayed 1 night and checked out immediately the next day. I wish we hadn't even done that. And now the site is pushing pack on any form of refund on our stay. Shameful!!
