Would have given 5 stars if the bed didn't feel like I was sleeping on the floor.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the gentleman at the front desk who was extremely friendly and welcoming. I wish I knew his name because he truly deserves recognition for how kind and professional he is. He makes check-in quick, easy and always makes you feel appreciated for choosing to stay there.
The hotel itself is always clean, comfortable, and inviting. The rooms are cozy, the beds are comfortable and the Jacuzzi tub is the perfect way to unwind. You can tell the staff take great pride in keeping everything well-maintained and making guests feel at home.
The prices are reasonable, which makes staying there an easy choice. This Best Western is the perfect place for a, peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!

First, the fan wouldn't turn off on the a/c, so it was always loud (white noise?) and cool in the room. Second, there weren't enough plugs by the bed... Or really in the room. Third, the refrigerator kinda sucked. It was disgustingly gross inside. Thank goodness we only wanted to keep water in it and not food. Fourth, the shower was a joke. My 76-year-old husband said, "My goodness! I can pee harder than that!" (For you older gentlemen, you understand, no Russian race horses here). I couldn't have washed my hair in that shower. It would have taken all day to rinse the shampoo out, let alone any conditioner. Fifth, the towels were like sandpaper. Sixth, the first night we were there, I was woken up by someone above us (we were on the second floor) banging on someone's door for about an hour (not exaggerating). Seventh, the carpet on the floor felt disgusting. I never went without SOMETHING on my feet when I was walking on the floor. Even though I slept without socks, I'd put them on if I woke up and had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. It was a pain in the arse, but I wasn't trusting that carpet, no way, uh uh. Eighth, our room key only worked once. Hubby had to keep getting new keys for us until the second-to-last day we were there.
But, on a positive note, I felt safe here the entire week we were here. I didn't worry about our cars, which were packed full with all our belongings as we had just moved out of our house. The coffee was delicious. The employees were kind.
