- GAGabriel Apodaca2 days ago1.0Associate at the front desk assumed I spoke Spanish. I do indeed; however, checking first might have been more appropriate. Also, I asked the gentlemen checking me in for a room above the 1st floor - that didn’t happen even though the hotel was not full so I was put near the check in desk where EVERYONE was screaming for laughing. Horrible property with regard to service. The room was clean and turned over daily which was very nice. Just don’t expect a modicum of service from the front desk staff.

- MPMaggie PlathMar 6, 20261.0Filthy, rusty, old tired. Never again.. I saw the management rationalization that I stayed and didn't complain. Really?? There was so much dust and rust ..it couldn't have been fixed during our visit. Stop making excuses and start cleaning and updating

So I asked for a new room giving them the benefit of doubt. I when I entered the new room floor was swollen from a bathroom flood and the furniture was covered in stains.I tried to stay but my throat was itchy and made it hard to breathe. Either from pet dander or the mildew.
