  The hotel location was also good, the front desk staff were friendly, and everything else was great. However, when I turned on the lamp in the bedroom before going to sleep, I noticed sticky drink stains on the table and stains on the toilet seat, which spoiled my mood. It made me think that the room hadn't been properly cleaned.

  Sarah at the front desk was awesome she helped me out the first night after having one of the worst days ever and I was super appreciative of how accommodating she was to me and my son. The room was clean but toilet paper and tissue were basically empty when we checked in and I had to hunt down someone to be able to replace it we ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night which was super inconvenient. As far as hotel breakfast go I would say that it's definitely among the better spreads than most similar hotels, although they never seem to have enough and it runs out quickly. I left my diabetes medication and a expensive makeup mirror in the bathroom by mistake and I called right away to make sure that they were put someplace safe for me and I was given The runaround about if anything's left in the room it's put in lost and found I told her that I would be back later that afternoon to pick them up and she said okay when I got there Sarah who again is amazing looked in the usual places and didn't see it she did say that she would text message the I'm housekeeping manager to see if she could find out anything more for me and told me to come back first thing in the morning I'm going to be very disappointed if medication that was clearly marked in prescription bottles in the refrigerator wasn't safely saved and i hope the mirror has not "disappeared" I will have a part two to this review after I find out the outcome tomorrow.

  The sheets felt damp. There was coffee spilled in the lobby and not cleaned up. The orange juice was out. The cinnamon rolls were out. My biggest complaint, though, was coming down for breakfast at 9:10 AM and being told by an employee who was walking by into the kitchen that biscuits were coming out. I waited for 15 minutes, and no biscuits. I peered into the back and asked the other employee who was washing dishes and she said “we’re getting ready to close the kitchen.“ I told her that the other lady told me that biscuits were coming out. She said “no one said anything to me.” All I wanted was biscuits, gravy and orange juice. I pressed her and she made me two. But the whole time I was standing there, many, many other people came looking for biscuits and got none. She should’ve made more when they ran out in the first place. I always stay at Holiday Inn Express, and I travel around the country every other week. This was very disappointing. This location is very expensive - more than $200 per night.
