  Lighting not good for women and make up. Very.loud...can hear elevator buttons all night long. Bed comfy.

  Nice location, clean rooms, safe location, DOROTHY at check in is THE BEST! She is so nice & accommodating, I had a problem with my room not locking & she immediately changed my room, her service is quick & friendly, that is the reason I’m back & this is my second time staying & ill def be back again soon

  Good luck getting breakfast. Pool is not heated, mostly in shade and dirty. Kids run the lobby and elevators. They charge $11 damage fee for a small spill of strawberry yogurt, that I paid for myself since it was never available at breakfast. But if it’s menstrual, then they understand. Watch your bill for the nickel and dimes they add on! They Never replied to my email or phone call but Mngmt posted about my strawberry milk? I never said or had strawberry milk. SMH Just shows how clueless they are and it’s all about the $$. Just process the credit already and do the right thing.

  The first room we were assigned had No Hot Water. The second room we were assigned had a microscopic window with a broken window shade stuck in the fully closed position. The room had only 2 dim nightstand lights and one dim desk lamp and one dim standing lamp. At its brightest during full sunny day daylight, it is close to dark twilight in this room. There was no room cleaning or straightening or towel refreshment during the five days and nights of our stay. When we specifically requested a room cleaning and fresh towels, only small hand towels were delivered. We requested clean bath towels by phone. An hour later, nobody had brought bath towels. I went to the lobby to again request towels. The person at the front desk said housekeeping put some towels in the washer but never put them in the dryer, so there were still no dry towels. Housekeeping also did not inform the front desk about their not putting the towels in the dryer. Then, a male guest with small children came to the front desk to request bath towels. He was provided hand towels instead of bath towels because there were no clean bath towels. I was then handed two towels; I do not know whether they were clean. How did they go from wet in the washer to dry in five minutes? How does a hotel Not provide clean, dry bath towels to every room upon request and especially as part of a room cleaning / re-registration at the hotel? One front desk person cannot be in two places at one time, both at the front desk and also doing industrial scale laundry at a hotel. The hotel does have a cold water swimming pool and a gym with a television that does not work. The breakfast was good. The coffee was good. There was no hand soap and there was no hand sanitizer in the women’s bathroom nearest the breakfast buffet.

  I will never stay here again! My first room seemed like a Motel 6. I got into the room and it wasnt cleaned. The window didnt have a shade on it. The a/c was dirty and nasty. The toliet continued to run and I didnt even use it. I called down about the toliet the maintenance guy DIDNT knock before entering. Thank god I wasnt changing or undressed. He acted like it was ok that he just entered the room. Yes, I made the downstairs aware of all of this and they just apologized and put me into another room that looked like someone still forgot to straighten up. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. The toilet seat was down with no paper indicating that it was clean. The sink area didnt look wiped down. I was over it!! This place....never again for me. If i could give this negative points, it would def have it.
