  Bathroom had 3 roaches in it. If that wouldnt have happened, my score would be higher because everything else was fine.

  This hotel is truly a diamond in the rough. The rooms were large and spacious . Coffee was dispensed by professional machines that grind them one cup at a time, while you wait for a fresh cup of brew. Honestly coffee is important when you travel and this hotel is five (5) star. The staff members Yary, Ruth, Sarah and Sandra we're just a few people that made our stay feel very enjoyable .Everyone treated us like family, and the breakfast that they gave in the morning was like going to a pancake house. Fresh pancakes, sausages , omelettes and oatmeal were just a few of their delicious choices. We travel a lot And this hotel for the price point was an absolute gem.

  Nice and quiet, good place to rest my feet since I'm in Rocky Horror production and couldn't drive all the way back to Miami. Shout out to Cindy and Sarah for helping us out! Also the breakfast was delicious!

  I unfortunately stopped here while traveling with my one year old because I was feeling so unwell I just needed to rest. I called for a rate, the rep made the reservation by phone received a confirmation, no problem. Get to the hotel no one at the front desk two women walking around trying to deal with an issue prior to my arrival, I thought the man in front of me was checking out so I asked to be checked in. Upon being called up I had the same issue as him and strangely they were unprepared to deal with something so simple. Our reservation weren’t found although we had confirmations, again, I’m visibly sick with a fussy baby , we just wanted to get cleaned up and rest so my frustrations were increasing, especially being met with poor customer service and attitude No apologies for the 20-25min late check in although the man in front of me got plenty. The lady at the counter beat me mad and had an attitude as if I wasn’t paying for a service that they’d failed to provide competently, I was taken aback that this gab wearing a raggedy bun gave me an adjoining room without my permission without even giving me notice and there were other rooms available. This pissed me off but I remembered I didn’t have my amlodipine and I was 8 states away from home.. I was livid to say the least, to add insult on bs; the bathroom was dirty soap scum from the last persons shower , hair all on the shower wall ,all at eye level btw shower floor dirty , floor filthy, I showered with slides in like I was in jail.. people don’t take no pride in their work anymore hospitality has gone downhill for sure.. anyways, this probably was one of the times I actually needed to be put up when traveling for comfort and I didn’t find that here. Just annoyances but the night auditor Mike was super professional and courteous. Shout out to people who knows how to do their job and care to do it right HE NEEDS A RAISE!
