  The workers are nice, breakfast had many options but it was rather run down. This place needed updates like 5 years ago. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

  The hotel is nice, good and affordable. The manager Olga is super nice and also the front desk people! Very good costumer service ✨ the best part of all is the check out time is at 12 so no rushing in the moment, which is peace when traveling with kids, breakfast is normal but good and complimentary.

  I’m very disappointed in our stay. For starters check in was probably the worst experience I have ever had. The lady told me that I cut in front of a couple that was standing over at the water station, I didn’t know they were in line to check in since they were so far away. It was fine I let them go in front of me even though I had two screaming babies in the car. Then their family walked in from outside, I saw their car pull up and they let that family member cut in front of me. After 25 minutes of waiting, it was my turn the phone rings and the agent takes the call, instead of helping me check in. After she saw how angry I was she finally put them on hold. Lastly, we had the fire alarm go off in our room over 5 times in the middle of the night. It wasn’t beeping or chirping it actually went off as if there was a fire. When I told the front desk in the morning, he didn’t even apologize just said oh I will tell maintenance it’s probably a bad battery. I’m like no the alarm actually went off… If you want a mediocre price and are prepared to just have a place to lay your head then this is the place but don’t expect much or even expect to get any sleep. The cinnamon rolls in the morning are all that I can say were good about the place.

  When I booked this hotel, it had only 3.5 star reviews. I booked my trip through Priceline and I can't say enough about how nice the staff was at this location. They were kind enough to extend my checkout time for me the following morning and my check-in process was super quick and easy. Special thanks to Olga, who was on staff and treated us like a five star guests. Clean facilities for a perfect budget stay you can't go wrong with the Holiday Inn in Bonita Springs

  Worse hotel I have ever been in. There was rodent poop on our sheets on one bed, hairs on both beds and on the toilet. Drains were dirty and had mold. The room smelled musty. Overall the entire place was dirty. We were told they would clean the room, we came back hours later and it wasn’t touched. We checked out. Our stay was supposed to be for a week.
