  Room had a smell. The first room had a bug (stink bug) and had we had to move to another, also had a smell. Overall the hotel is dirty, not well maintained and like run down. It needs updating. Shower had no much pressure. The dining room during breakfast had no backround music and it felt so dead… when asked for it the guy said that he couldn’t do anything about it. Not even at lobby they have the music which is so important for maintaining a good ambience for guests. Bathroom at the pool was disgusting.

  Way over priced this is a 80 dollar a night hotel. Smells moldy and old. By far the worse condition Holiday Inn I ever been to been traveling for wotk for 16 years. Holiday Inn should look into this place using thier name. The stairs need complete makeover. I'm offended by the amount of money I spent to stay here. Front desk employees were very nice that was the best part

  Rooms and bathrooms were absolutely subpar. Breakfast kitchen staff was both rude and poor quality. Price was way too high for the amount given in return.

  While I found the staff to be friendly and the location Central to where I wanted to be, the hotel definitely needs refurbishment. Paint throughout was either chipped or sloppily applied, the stopper in the bathroom sink was missing, the ONLY elevator on the premisis was out of service for all but the first 2 hours of our 2 night stay, etc. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was good. (Different options on both of the mornings I ate there.)

  If you want to go to a dirty shady motel this is the place for you. If not I highly recommend you do NOT stay at this location. My husband and I stayed 1/23-1/25 during the time the elevator was down, the pool heater wasn't working on top of the hallways just being nasty. I saw spilled cereal stay on the floor for an entire day 2 rooms down from mine, not a few pieces, it was a lot. However the main issue is that we stayed using our rewards points, there should have been $0 charges. The check in lady tried to tell us it there was $44 after the incidental hold and my husband showed her emails, the app etc. She said she would fix it. She hands my card back without a word about charges being made. After we checked out the incidental hold fell off however a charge for $98.12 appeared on my credit card. It was extremely shady the way she handled the issue. I have called THREE times over this issue, they investigated and found out the charges were invalid yet a week later I'm still waiting on them to return my funds. They claim they are, I'm currently waiting.
