- PFPhillip FisherDec 29, 20251.0The staff was friendly but the hotel has a musty smell. The pool was not cleaned and there were leafs in the pool. The water in the pool was freezing. Also the pool area is always in the shade so we couldn’t lay out in sun. Went to get ice for soft drinks and all the ice machines were broke except the one on the third floor. I would not recommend this hotel

The rooms haven't been updated. The bedspread had a big drown stain. The hvac unit on the wall made noise like the bearing in the fan was going out. This was an unpleasant experience. I would pass. The staff was friendly though.

Olga and the rest of the staff were amazing, super nice and friendly even during Thanksgiving they worked and offered a beautiful smile. Very close to the beach, Mercato and other good places in Naples. There was a pool but we didn’t use it. The gym was simple and clean. It was a good “highway” hotel. Thanks Olga!
