We are located only 40 Miles South of Dothan, AL and 50 Miles North of Panama City, FL. Bonifay is the home of different ecological tourism spots and near many major attractions.

- MMMelody Martin5 days ago5.0We were having a very stressful trip while moving our household from Texas to Florida. We were pulling a large cargo trailer with all of our household items when we had a break down. We have a large truck and, as is said, a large cargo trailer. First we had a great tow company that towed all of it to the hotel and made sure to drop it in a good spot in the parking lot where my husband would be able to do the repairs on the truck. The hotel was good enough to allow him to do that as long as he cleaned it all up before leaving. They also made additional exceptions to their rules because they knew we were in a very bad situation. I am so thankful for all that they did to make a really bad situation not quite so bad. Thank you Holiday Inn and suites and thank you to all your staff.

We told the front desk the following morning and she was very concerned as we would have been moved to a different room had we said something earlier. She offered loyalty points to compensate, wrote down our issues, and showed honest concern. Would be worth another try.

- MSMatthew SullivanDec 3, 20255.0The hotel was great from check-in to checkout. The rooms were super clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable. The staff was fantastic, always helpful and very pleasant. They have nightly cookies from 5pm til 8pm,so that was nice.
