People screaming and slamming doors. Non working lights and broken access doors. Is a nice design hotel. I am sure it was a great, fancy hotel back when the economy was great in this country. But just like the USA is falling apart. Disappointed.

Spent 4 nights here with my partner, son, and son's service dog.
There was some good and some bad. Nothing terrible.
King suite was spacious but the mattress on the pull out couch was very uncomfortable for my teenage son.
Having the fridge and microwave were helpful.
Mattress on the bed was very nice.
Didn't hear a lot from my neighbors.
Wish the front desk guy would have told us how to find breakfast. Didn't figure it out until the last day (that's on us partially i suppose).
Really could have used more towels but we're repeatedly told there were literally no more.
The water pressure sucked SO BAD.
Would return, but please fix the water pressure.

Room was dirty, not clean. One of the beds looked like it was not made, a bag of Walmart trash was left on top of one of the tables as well. Drawers and room was dirty. When I went downstairs to let them know, another costumer was complaining of his room and restroom was dirty as well. The front desk lady said to him “Ok, would you like me to check you out so you can go check in another hotel?!” Very rude. Front desk was dirty as well, trash all over the floor. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Conveniently located. Spacious rooms. Good value. I was upgraded to a king suite with a sleeper sofa. I appreciate the extra space when I'm on a business trip. It's nice to be able to spread out and still have space to relax. I would definitely stay here again. This location is highly recommended!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Double Charged and Still No Resolution
We booked our room at the Holiday Inn & Suites Boca Raton through American Express Travel and prepaid in full to avoid any confusion or issues, as our guest was traveling from overseas and speaks very limited English.
Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was presented with the confirmation and receipts, yet stated that “something wasn’t working properly” on their end and required another credit card — however not for incidentals or a deposit as we assumed, but for the entire $400+ room charge again.
Since then, we have made over a dozen calls to the hotel and American Express has contacted them multiple times as well. We were repeatedly disconnected when calling the front desk and were told several times that the issue was “resolved” and that a refund was processed. Unfortunately, that was not true.
At checkout, our guest was again asked to make another payment, despite no additional charges to the room. As of now, no refund has been issued, and we have been charged twice — over $800 total for a single prepaid stay.
We have left multiple messages with management and staff with no response. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, especially as we are a small nonprofit organization, and an extra $400 is a significant hardship for the work we do.
We urgently request that Holiday Inn corporate and this location’s management take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately.
