  Last minute booking trying to find a room when attending a funeral. Looks like we paid really high rates compared to normal ones here but at the time it was the most affordable place $200/night. Best: The room was spacious with both a bedroom and a living room both with TVs. Beds were small but comfy. Lots of counter space and big fridge. Worst: i don’t know if it was just the March time frame but the other guests were partying like spring break all day and night. The pool looks nice and big and clearly a big draw for many. But we could hear laughing and conversation until past midnight. I am wondering if the way the building is made with the pool in the middle and all outdoor walk ways that noise just carries really well. Couch i think was a fold up with a bed, not super comfy but cool to have a kind of separate room for the living. Other than that the ac blew really cold for a few degrees then shut off for very long times, so the temp fluctuates greatly. No complaints for staff, not the worst place, thank you

  Friday the 13th... When we arrived, we found out someone had changed our reservation for a family of 5 into a reservation for two. I do feel bad for the front desk lady as she was quite overwhelmed as the family behind us had also had their reservations changed and the hotel is full. They ended up putting us in a room they had decommissioned because the ac was not functioning. Not only did the ac not function the room was not functional. There was no power to 1/2 of the rooms outlets, no bathroom door, and NO MATTRESS for the pull out sofa! Avoid this place at all costs.

  I loved the coziness of this hotel originally. Loved the room setups and old style rooms surrounding the pool. It was a vibe. We haven’t been in a few years and I was recently shocked. Garbage all over the back entrance way, garbage along the walk ways. One trash can for public use in a property this size is inadequate. The jacuzzi was “ewww”’ and needs to be cleaned ASAP. Front desk staff vary. Great to not so great. Linens in the room need to be updated. Our comforter had a giant whole in it wear it was torn and ripped. Safety also needs to be addressed. Our room had 1 lock as the slider was broken off and the peep hole had something over it. Almost as if the door had been pried open previously? The entrance gate from the side was broken and slammed open and closed all night and everyday. You could walk in anytime and even after it was “fixed” your card worked one minute and wouldn’t the next. The door needs to be completely replaced. No more quick fixes. It’s raggedy , looks awful and is a hazard. Overall , it’s lost the cozy feel and just looks old , dirty and patched. I’m not sure what happened there.

  Did not have our reserved King when we got there. Had to settle for 2 doubles. The A/C didn't work in 1st room, moved to 2nd room. A/C did work, barely,, so we crashed. When we woke up, tried to take showers but no shower curtain. It smelled like mildew amd mold.Front desk did comp our night, but won't be going back. Disappointed that IHG has a property in such poor condition snd doesn't fix it. It was dismal.

  My company books me at hotels weekly because of my travel for work and when they told me I was booked at holiday inn I thought that is fine I had been at others in the past well I was really wrong. Once I got it to my room I noticed that the room was very dirty and there were no TVs in the room and a big Bucket of paint so I went to the front the guy said he would get maintenance to the room at some point so I waited another hour went back down to the front office and a guy named Kevin was there so I told him about what was going on and he said he couldn’t do nothing about it. I would have to stay in that room. and he might be able to get me moved to another room tomorrow I told him that was unacceptable that the room was dirty and I had no TV. So I literally checked in at 3 PM and checked out at 4 PM I have now sent these pictures to my company with their concierge company so that we are sure we do not use any holidays inn going forward.
