    I was extremely disappointed with this hotel, especially since it is branded as a Holiday Inn. The amenities and accommodations advertised on the website were not available during our stay. There were ants and roaches in the room, which was unacceptable. The restaurant was completely shut down, despite signage advertising a breakfast buffet. Breakfast consisted of only bread, oatmeal, and coffee—far from what was promoted. We stayed for four days and three nights, and housekeeping never once came to clean the room or replenish towels or supplies. The laundry room—more like a small closet—was run down, and the washer did not work. Water leaked all over the floor when we attempted to use it. The gym was dirty, and none of the treadmills were functional. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This experience was especially disappointing given the Holiday Inn name.

    This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. During our stay, we were forced to change rooms five times, and almost every single room had a serious issue: • Twice, we opened the room door and found that someone was already staying inside, which is completely unacceptable and a major safety concern. • Another room was not cleaned at all when we entered. • One room had no hot water in the shower. • We were then moved to a ground-floor room with a strong foul odor. • Another room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Every room change resulted in a new problem. At some point, it felt unbelievable that five room changes could all come with issues. This shows a complete lack of management and quality control. Even aside from the room-switching chaos, the hotel itself is in very poor condition. The facilities are outdated, floor tiles are cracked, bathtubs are yellowed, and the gym equipment and water are not properly maintained. The picture shows what we see when we were arranged to a new room. This experience was extremely frustrating and exhausting. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, safety, and management. This hotel should closed for now.

    I wish I could give this hotel 0/5 stars. We booked this hotel through credit card. When we arrived to the hotel, the front desk let us know that they sold our room to another guest and the hotel was fully booked. After 2 hours of talking with the credit card company and the front desk, we were given a room that had no toilet paper, no shower curtain, no towels of any sort, no microwave, no pillow cases, no hairdryer or iron. We got into our room at 3:30 AM. The shower was disgusting (cockroach and hair) and the room smelled like pee. All of this happened on my birthday. Will not be giving holiday inn any business moving forward. Wish we could have gotten more than a refund. Don’t go here!!!

    The room was good. Quiet area. But had the worst experience ever with a housekeeper today 1/2/26. The housekeeper was cleaning room 233 at 9:30 am. I was told by another housekeeper to go to the cart next door to me to get towels and the housekeeper that was inside the room next to me where the cart was came out of the room pulling the cart away from me not allowing me to get any towels. I’ve honestly never had such a bad experience like this before. The housekeeping supervisor did apologize and bring warm, clean towels up to my room. And I appreciate that but I definitely feel as though this particular housekeeper was very unprofessional and should be help accountable for her actions.

    This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced, and I’m shocked this property carries the IHG name. We were traveling as three separate parties with three rooms, and problems started immediately. Room #1: The door would not open at all. After multiple attempts, we were told to move rooms. Room #2: The replacement room was even worse. The sofa bed mattress had visible mold and mildew, and the sink only produced scalding, boiling-hot water—no cold water at all. Completely unsafe and unsanitary. Room #3: The third room smelled strongly of marijuana, and to top it off, the bathtub was clogged and draining poorly. At this point, we were exhausted from constantly packing up and moving from room to room. Rather than keep dealing with front desk issues late at night, we reluctantly decided to just tolerate the conditions until checkout. The overall condition of the hotel is extremely poor. It’s clearly old, poorly maintained, dirty, and honestly feels more like a run-down roadside motel than a reputable hotel. This is not the standard anyone expects from an IHG-affiliated property. One of the three parties had enough and requested a refund and moved to the Embassy Suites across the street, where the experience was immediately better. This stay was frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly urge IHG corporate to review this property’s management, maintenance standards, and cleanliness practices. This location is damaging the brand.
