  Had an amazing holiday at Boca West! The front desk staff were knowledgeable, polite, and incredibly accommodating. Special thanks to Ade for going the extra mile with the towels, and to Javier for preparing such a fantastic breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again!

  Don’t stay here. Cockroaches in my room, staff was miserable to deal with, except for a few of them. I booked a king room (up charged) and never got it. Was given a dirty room with cockroaches. I put my suitcase down and instantly saw the coach roaches running around the light fixture. Security came and saw the coach roaches and I have videos. I had to sleep in that room and they switched me the next day. The room I got the next day was still dirty (but cockroach free, to my knowledge). I was never reached out to or offered anything to make the trip better. I came to Miami for a fun work trip, and instead I was so uncomfortable the whole trip because of how nasty this hotel was. Learned my lesson on IHG hotels.

  We stayed here early February. Hotel itself was fine nothing special. Upon checkout, we were doubled charged for our 1 night stay. one for our regular stay, one for a "no show" fee when we obviously checked in and out. We contacted the hotel and management acknowledge the mistake and will refund the extra charge to our account. Few days later they charged us a 3rd night charge. We've called numerous times, emailed multiple times, contact IHG head office to address the issue to now have not one but two charges credited, and IHG just keeps telling us hotel management will get back to you, and hasn't answered our calls or emails in weeks. We're out of options and have to start disputing the charge with our credit card company as a last resort. Hotel management is awful, do not stay here they will mess up your billing and ignore you charging you triple of what you should have paid. Both IHG and the hotel itself are useless they are running a hotel scam. Last time staying at a hotel by IHG. Next time we are staying at choice hotels or hotels by Marriot or any other company they are honest with their billing and responsive to issues.

  To be completely honest, our experience was extremely disappointing. We found roaches, ants, and even termites in our rooms, which is completely unacceptable. The food was frozen despite us arriving right when the place opened. On top of that, one of the main staff members had a terrible attitude and treated us poorly. The AC on the second floor doesn’t work on one side of the building, making it very uncomfortable. I will say, there was one amazing worker at the front desk who truly cared about our concerns and genuinely tried to help us. He was the only bright spot in the entire experience. The only other positive thing about this place is its location, it’s conveniently close to Publix. Unfortunately, that’s not nearly enough to make up for everything else.

  This is my first time staying in a hotel in Florida for work. I spent a week at the hotel, intending to be close to my workplace so I could rest a bit more, but it was a complete disaster. I checked in Monday afternoon and the room wasn't clean at all. By Tuesday afternoon, we had no hot water to shower, and this continued until Thursday when I couldn't even shower because we had neither hot nor cold water. The hotel management never responded, only saying they were continuing to work and we had to wait. How is it possible to deny someone the opportunity to clean themselves after coming home from work all day in a place they had to pay for, for which they won't receive any refund or clear explanation of what happened? I definitely do not recommend this place at all.
