Apparently nothing has been done about it 2. Housekeeping makes the bed. That's it. They don't vacuum the floors. They don't replace the empty boxes of tissues or toilet paper. They don't leave a bathmat or towels. 3. They say they provide breakfast until 10:00. When you go down at 8:00 and the scrambled, eggs and sausage are empty, you are told "Sorry. No more eggs" Avoid at all costs.

Idk what kind of employees and managers IHG is hiring, and I understand some ppl just need a job and trying to get by. But that’s messed up. I wouldn’t stay at another holiday inn if I had unlimited free stays. You don’t steal from people, even children know that.
