Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. The breakfast was outstanding fresh, well-organized, and far better than expected. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and inviting, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I slept incredibly well and woke up feeling refreshed, which is rare when traveling. I will absolutely be back to this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional service.

I’m a IHG hotel & resorts member and it’s nice to be able to earn points wherever I stay and easy to book online and update details and checkout through the app/or front desk. The only thing I noticed was that initially coming into my room, which was a King Suite it did have a weird damp/wet kind of smell. But it dissipated more and wasn’t as noticeable hours later. The location is a pretty quiet area so I like it and the parking is pretty accessible and room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. My favorite part is that they have a decent sized dove body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms and the coffee and tea pods are great! Love the rainforest cafe coffee. Also the breakfast for the most part was pretty good too and their coffee.
