- AAangieJan 26, 20261.0I am a IhG rewards member. I was charged $146 for damages after a night stay here. Tried to dispute the charge with general manager Scott. Very rude and disrespectful with comment he made on the speaker phone in front of my 15 yr old then proceeded to hang up on me in mid conversation while im asking for pictures of the damges. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based off of what he said very disrespectful and very unprofessional. I have filed a complaint with corporate and im just now seeing these reviews about him and he is telling people there isn't a number. Well there is. I have also let the people that booked a block of hotel rooms for this hotel on what was said during our conversation. My next step is disputing charges with my bank. I know he will come on here and say something but please dont forget to add your comment you said to me over the phone since all calls are recorded. I work customer service and would never come out and say something like that to a customer. People say he needs to be looked into I think its time IHG start doing that. Call corporate everyone that has had a bad experience and write reviews.
