Since every room is pet friendly, the enire place smells like a kennel and deodorizer. Today we discovered it is next door to a homeless encampment. Since the police were there today. We do not cure know the status of the encampment. I will not choose th stay here second time.

Keep searching, this is not a safe place to stay. I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for over a decade and have consistently chosen Hilton properties. That loyalty is now in question. During our stay, housekeeping removed all of our belongings from our room while we were out for the day. We returned to a completely empty room, including a pack-and-play crib that our 1-year-old son needed to sleep. What followed was hours of chaos. Staff claimed they had no access to lost and found, could not locate our belongings, and scrambled to figure out what had happened, all while we were stuck in the room with an exhausted baby. It was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. We have yet to have our belongings returned in full. The following day hotel management acknowledged the situation and assured us that compensation would be applied that same day. More than a week later, that compensation still has not been honored, and I am now forced to chase what was promised. Removing a guest’s belongings without authorization, failing to return them in full, and then failing to follow through on resolution is a serious breach of trust. If you value your property, your time, or your family’s comfort, do not stay here.

During my stay, I experienced several issues with the front desk service. In particular, the overnight staff member (with long black curly hair and glasses, working until 7:00 AM) displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. When I asked about the breakfast voucher, she responded, “You should have booked it correctly,” which felt discourteous and unhelpful. She did not smile, offer assistance, or ask if I needed anything further, and her overall demeanor felt condescending. Additionally, it later became clear that she was incorrect regarding the rate. A manager was able to adjust the rate for me, which suggested that she may not have known how to make the change. Rather than acknowledging this or seeking help, she reacted with attitude instead of providing constructive assistance. I also noticed that some other front desk staff members were not consistently attentive or guest-focused. At times, interactions felt rushed and lacked the professionalism and warmth expected in a hospitality environment. Finally, there was a persistent sewage-like odor near the elevators throughout my stay, which was unpleasant and detracted from the overall experience. I hope this feedback can be used to improve service quality and guest experience moving forward.
