Our room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Unfortunately, my husband tested positive for covid one day past that deadline, so obviously we weren't going to travel and potentially spread it to anyone else. I called the hotel 4 days in advance of our stay, the day he tested postitive, explaining the situation and asked if they could honor the free cancelation just one day late or even change our one night stay to a weekend in October so that the hotel wouldn't fully lose the business. They told me no, they would not do either option and that my card would be charged for the night whether we showed up or not. I understand that there are policies in place but the level of compassion and understanding was a flat 0 star review. My husband and I have stayed here many times in the past to go diving at the Springs nearby, I will NEVER stay here again. I guess they wanted a hotel full of covid instead of moving a measly $150 one night stay to a different weekend. Ridiculous.
