The view and the location of the hotel are simply gorgeous, and everything from A to Z was truly incredible. Debbie Brant is an amazing General Manager—on so many levels. You can truly feel her leadership and care reflected in every part of the hotel. Kaila at the front desk made my experience amazing from the very first moment I walked through the doors. First impressions are everything, and she was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond—thank you. Tricia at the front desk was so friendly and made my stay even better, always greeting me with a warm smile. Jamesha was so gracious and always said hello every time she saw me. She made everything feel clean, welcoming, and cared for. Kelly was such a kind person. He took the time to help me when I had questions and truly went above and beyond. To everyone I didn’t mention by name—the ladies who made breakfast so wonderful, and the team who keeps the property and rooms immaculate—you are all the reason this hotel is as clean and amazing as it is. This company is incredibly lucky to have each and every one of you. Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience for both me and my pup, Buddy.

The manger wanted to give me 5,000 points but I would need atleast 10,000 for a free room/ so I didn't take it and he offered 20.00 dollars off instead. I still feel like he could've done a little better considering the fact that I didn't even stay a whole night .But I willknow next time I see dirty sheets I will be checking out with a refund!!
