  So from the outside it looks nice but once you step in everything changes the bed had 3 couch pillows with pillow cases on them tried to use the microwave that wouldn’t work oh but that full breakfast was everything NOT !!!! You get cereal Milk & Toast

  2/5 We stayed in a double room with a microwave and fridge, and the condition of the room was honestly very poor. As soon as we walked in, it smelled strongly like cigarettes. One of the beds was caving in and didn’t feel stable to sleep on. There were also used underwear and socks left on top of the closet, which is unacceptable and shows the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The bathroom had multiple issues, there was a leak, and the toilet seat was broken off. Maintenance clearly hasn’t been kept up. The microwave was a serious concern. When we tried to use it, the inside sparked and caught fire with a metal-like reaction, even though nothing was inside that should’ve caused it. The key cards were also difficult to use and it took multiple tries just to unlock the door. Overall, this is one of the dirtiest and poorest-condition hotels I’ve stayed in.

  First time stay... my new hotel of choice! Priced right, easy to find.. the room is cozy-perfect for the business person, furniture and bed arranged so there is separation of work space and and lounging area; I felt comfortable conducting online meetings and student tutoring sessions! Cleaning products did not overwhelm my senses; excellent view, parking lot has adequate spaces.. not to many stairs to climb. Huge lobby area, housekeeping staff is visible. Walkability is great

  COCKROACHES Immediately upon checking in and going to my room, we spotted cockroaches. If they are out during the day you can only imagine how many bugs are in these rooms. We walked back to the service desk to check out and asked for a full refund. It has been almost a month and we still have not received our money back, they’ve only returned the security deposit. This is disgusting and they should not be allowing guests to check in as long as they know about their bug problem. This is a severe health issue and sanitary issue. We shared the photos with management, they are aware of the issue and continue to allow guests to check in and sleep in these conditions.

  I paid for a room then I decided not to stay there and i was told that I would be refunded and I have no received my refund. I called three times already and I keep getting the same response. Very unprofessional and very inconsiderate.
