- HZHabeeb ZandaniApr 3, 20261.0I stayed at this hotel last night and had a terrible experience. The heating system in my room was not working at all, and the room was freezing the entire night. It was so cold that I couldn’t sleep and ended up feeling sick the next day. This is completely unacceptable. A hotel should at least provide basic necessities like proper heating, especially in cold weather. No guest should have to go through this. They seriously need to fix their heating system and maintain their rooms better. I would not recommend staying here until this issue is addressed.

All the furniture was in great condition and well maintained. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. The carpet was very clean - one of my pet peeves when staying at a hotel. Breakfast was off the hook. They had lots of choices between hot and cold items. Everything was fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend. Update: I forgot to mention that the staff were awesome also. Very friendly and very accommodating!! Tracey at the front desk was very helpful!

Came into town for a concert, after the concert, went to the hotel to check in...no power! While the front desk ladies were nice, as I'm sure it wasn't a fun evening for them either, it didn't soften the blow of having to find another hotel, at a premium price last minute, or drive home. Fortunately, we only live about 2 hours away, but driving home was not something we were planning to do after attending the concert. It made for a long evening. While things happen outside of our control, a little notice would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly, and not at 10:30 at night.
