Asked if we could get assistance with luggage and was told no one was available to assist while 3 young men stood behind the counter looking at me. Arrived at the room and found a sparsly furnished room with one bed. I had asked for 2 beds and was told there were none available. I then told them we would be leaving and requested a refund. I was told they never charged my card and now on my credit card seeing they charged my card for 265.00. Never ever stay there. Sleep in your car, im sure it's much cleaner.
