  COCKROACHES Immediately upon checking in and going to my room, we spotted cockroaches. If they are out during the day you can only imagine how many bugs are in these rooms. We walked back to the service desk to check out and asked for a full refund. It has been almost a month and we still have not received our money back, they’ve only returned the security deposit. This is disgusting and they should not be allowing guests to check in as long as they know about their bug problem. This is a severe health issue and sanitary issue. We shared the photos with management, they are aware of the issue and continue to allow guests to check in and sleep in these conditions.

  I paid for a room then I decided not to stay there and i was told that I would be refunded and I have no received my refund. I called three times already and I keep getting the same response. Very unprofessional and very inconsiderate.

  I stayed for two days , had to get a room change because the first one they had me in , the ceiling started leaking. The covers are stained which makes them look dirty. The tubs were dirty with hair & all types of nasty looking stains. I saw a small roach which means they probably have some type of infestation. It's pretty quiet , didn't really have any trouble with anything else.

  DISGUSTING hotel. bed bugs and smells like cigarettes. checked in and immediately left. hotel gave me the run around when I asked for AT LEAST a partial refund. Very unprofessional staff. Don’t waste your money here unless u want to bring bed bugs home.

  The staff is very professional and nice service is great the rooms are clean and very nice I would stay here again
