Welcome greeting was nice and recognized I was an IHG member. Security to access elevator to get to room was nice as needed room key to activate elevator. It would have been more secure to need room key just to open elevator doors many hotels now have that extra security step. I stayed at the Staybridge suites in Wilmington DE My assigned room was on tenth floor. When we arrived to check in , we were not informed the exercise-fitness space was directly above our room on the penthouse floor After 11:00 pm, we were awoken people started exercising dropping weights or making a considerable amount of noise, sufficient enough that work me up from a sound sleep. Suggestion: A inform people at checkin that if they have the tenth floor room the fitness space is directly above them and inform them so they could change rooms or expect noise when they wish to sleep. Or B limit the hours people can use the exercise space rather than be available 24/7 and then lock the door to the fitness area during hours the space should not be used. Or C remodel that exercise space giving it significant soundproofing. Or D if you want the 24/7 exercise space move it to be on the ground level.

I also was very pleased with the breakfast, there were a lot of healthy choices. Price was reasonable, considering it was a suite that had a full fridge and kitchen. Would choose this hotel again, definitely recommend.
