The stay in itself, is fine and was comfortable. Although, I was given a room with the tiniest window to a view to someone's house, everything else was great.
My issue, unfortunately, is due to the fact that when I went to extend my stay, I was told that I wasn't allowed to. I had paid for two nights, and then on the third night, I went to extend and told them, I'd be able to pick up a check later as my card was glitching due to traveling abroad. It was approved and I returned later with cash and then was told they were a cashless property. I, still wanting to honor my promise, went around to multiple ATM's late at night, trying to deposit it, and eventually got a card that I was able to load up on it. Paid for my night, went to bed and was looking forward, to extending the next day, as I was currently visiting the hospital nearby. When I went to do so, I was told I wasn't allowed to extend my stay, even though they had like 20 rooms available and I'm an IHG member. When the kind receptionist double checked with her manager and explained the hospital situation, she still followed up with a no.
I am quite frankly still confused and was left trying to find a new place when my mind should have been on helping my loved one. I was able to use a card and honestly, yes, just a bit distraught by this behavior from management.
It's also been a few days and I still have NOT received back my $150 incidental deposit, so keep that in mind. I called and they said it might take 7-10 business days. They need a better system because it shouldn't take that long. I've gotten back refunds quicker than I've gotten back this incidental.

I stay in many different hotels for work/travel and in terms of value this was incredible. Stayed here over the holidays to be close to some family.
Staff were the most polite and helpful ever, such a pleasure and accommodated us to the fullest. Breakfast was nice and honestly next time we visit we 100 percent are choosing this hotel again.

I’ve stayed here twice. Both times were fantastic. The last time I stayed, last week, I forgot my iPad and didn’t notice for nearly 5 days. After noticing I contacted the hotel and Chamran, one of the managers, let me know the staff found the iPad and facilitated shipping it back to me. Honestly cannot say enough positive about this hotel and especially Chamran and the housekeeping staff for finding my iPad, keeping it safe, and facilitating its return to me! Shout out to the team over here!

Amazing service and friendly staff! The complimentary breakfast was tasty, and there was a variety that worked well with our 6-day stay. There were plenty of firm pillows, and the complimentary water and cider in the lobby were a plus. Great water pressure and comfy bed. Our only (smalll) complaint was the limit of 70 degrees on the thermostat.. but our stay just happened to line up with colder l weather than normal. Overall, it was a great experience, and it's within waking distance to so many great places to hang out/eat. 10/10 would stay here again. :)

This hotel was very good for the area. I stayed here for nearly 3 weeks for work.
The rooms are large and spacious and the location is excellent.
The beds are comfortable (more firm than soft) and they have a nice selection of pillows available. Lots of storage space for clothing in drawers and on hangars. Each room has a steamer for clothes. The full size kitchenette was excellent. Large fridge (not a mini fridge) with ample space and good temperatures. Microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutting board, and more in each room. Very well equipped!
The gym is nice and has a good selection of cardio and free weights. There is one bench and a cable machine with various attachments. Plus plenty of space to stretch.
There is 24/7 laundry access on the top floor, completely free. I used it three times during my stay and had no issues. Washer was effective and rinsed everything properly (takes about 45 minutes) and the dryer was also effective and took about 60-70 minutes to dry a weeks worth of laundry. Very happy with this service!
The staff was friendly and helpful with requests. I believe the front desk is staffed 24/7.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Large variety of foods; eggs with and without cheese, turkey and promise or bacon, fresh fruits and vegetables, Greek yogurt, waffles, pastries, bagels and bread for toast, hard cooked eggs, cereals, and more. Plus variety of milk options for dietary restrictions. Truly a wonderful selection. I was very pleased.
The elevators require a key card to access any of the floors but the stairwell is completely accessible and requires no key card.
My biggest complaint was the cleanliness. The main lobby was very clean as was the breakfast area. However, the gym did not seem like it was swept or vacuumed during my entire stay. At one point the wipes in the gym got stuck and it wasn’t fixed for over a week. The rooms are refreshed as often as you’d like and cleaned once a week. My room was never vacuumed during the weekly cleans and my kitchenette was never wiped down.
Overall, this was a great hotel to stay at while in Wilmington for a long stretch. I was very thankful for the staff and their help with accommodating requests.
I would recommend staying here.
