    Reiki was excellent, I felt great and received pointers about my chakras. Went back for a Swedish massage, I melted into the mat, so relaxed.

    Tried to cancel my reservation two months prior to hotel stay and they refused to refund me. They have already re-rented my room but refuse to refund my $1800. Nasty people that just want to scam you out of your $. Do not stay at this hotel! I’ll never stay at HotelOne again.

    We were there in Rehoboth first time and found this hotel and was great and now going back 1 year to date and staying here again .The breakfast service great and the chocolate chip cookies were perfect .And great location walked a lot so close to beach boardwalk and resturants.

    We have stayed here a few times now and it’s been lovely each time. The staff is friendly- Rick the bartender is the BEST. However, this time when we stayed there we were disappointed in the general manager. We left behind a pair of air pods in our room, which we tracked to an address in Delaware that was not the hotel (we live in PA). When we called to see what kind of resolution they would offer, we were told to contact the police. Coming from an extensive customer service management background, it felt to me like the hotel manager didn’t want to deal with this situation or take any accountability for a member of their staff clearly stealing our air pods.We even suggested compensation instead of us going to the cops. While we were staying there we witnessed another guest come back for a pillow they left. They were given back the pillow but told housekeeping threw away their pillowcase. Why aren’t staff required to put all found items in a lost and found area? Why is the guest experience here not prioritized? Hospitality is your job, not just during a guests stay, but when a related issue arises after as well. We filed a police report, but sadly we will probably not return to this hotel.
