  Let me tell you how great this place is! The manager Lakeshia is so kind and attentive She is so kind and friendly at the front desk making sure all guest are comfortable and have everything they need Arishe was very kind as well cleaning the whole time - nothing was left out of place with her My kids were messy - although we tried to clean after them - Arishe was always on point doing everything she needed to do to keep the place tight 🙏 I’ll turn around and everything was cleaned and tight - vacuumed and all She didn’t hesitate to pull out a vacuum and making the lobby area spot less Autum, omg you are so patient. And kind Soft and on point She went above and beyond to accommodate us and our loud children I have never encounter such a good group of workers who synchronized with the same amazing attitude and demeanor - Nothing bad to say about this place - Lakeshia you are doing an amazing job The vibe, the energy you project shows and reflects on other workers Keep up the good work Lakeshia, Arishe & Autum deserve a raise They do care for their job and it shows The right hire for the right job for sure 🙏🙏🙏 I’ll totally Sta here again Thank you so much for having us Thank you so much for your hospitality 😊😊

  I found this place online in a hurry, but it turned out to be amazing. As a dog owner, I am 100%+ satisfied. There were many dogs there, but the lobby and rooms were extremely clean and completely odor-free, which honestly surprised me. I was also very impressed by the photos of the dogs displayed throughout the lobby—it gave the place a warm and caring feeling. I will definitely come back again. Next time I visit, I hope to see photos of my dogs, Some & Moongchi, on the wall as well.

  Lakeshia is a true asset to the Holiday Inn franchise. Her professional demeanor and welcoming attitude were greatly appreciated. Lakeshia coordinated our initial registration, and checkout the following morning, in a friendly and expeditious manner. Her positive approach was evidence of her commitment to excellence.
