We're located in downtown Rehoboth Beach, next to the convention center. We're less than a mile from Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk and Funland. Tanger Outlet mall, Dewey Beach Watersports, and Jungle Jim's waterpark are within three miles. Kings Creek Country Club golf is four miles away. We offer an indoor pool, fitness center, restaurant, and bar.

- SGSteve GNov 16, 20255.0We stayed at this property during the November low season. The location is excellent for walking around town and accessing other local areas by car. The staff was friendly and attentive. The property well kept, and spacious for the price and location. The only negative comment I would make is the onsite parking- the garage below the hotel is very tight. It was low season, so we weren't charged for parking. However, heads up if you're here in high season as I think it could be quite challenging getting in and out. Nevertheless, there is plenty of parking at the Convention Center next door or on the street. We didn't try the hotel restaurant but friends of ours who are locals say it is very good- so it's on our list for next time. BTW -nice touch with the evening sangria hour in the lobby!

When booking directly with the hotel, Nikki was gracious, warm, professional, and helpful with my husband’s birthday celebration. On arrival we met Cyrus for check-in. He made us feel just as welcome with his sincere hospitality. The on-site restaurant, Sirocco, was excellent and a special shout out to our servers Staci and Amanda who made it so pleasant. Our room was spotless, spacious and quiet. The location was perfect for us to walk to everything and never move the car! Every staff member we encountered that hectic weekend (Sea Witch Festival) always was pleasant and seemed to truly enjoyed their jobs. Thank you again for making the weekend so special.
