- LPLee S Parsons3 days ago5.0My favorite IHG property in the Wilmington area. Well maintained rooms with nice high shower heads for taller folks like myself. Parking lot can fill up on a busy night but otherwise a nice quiet hotel. Breakfast is standard HIE with automatic pancake maker; staff was very helpful with getting it ready on time.
- ASAllie SpurlingFeb 25, 20261.0I had to cancel my reservation to travel to this hotel. I was one day beyond the cancellation deadline. I explained we had to cancel because of severe weather coming into New England, where we were traveling from. The hotel denied this request but i was unaware i had made a reservation through a third party. When I spoke directly to the hotel the GM was very nice and agreed to the refund. Please make sure you are reserving directly through the hotel as I am stil working to get the refund from the third party.
- KSKelsye SFeb 22, 20265.0Had a really nice stay here. Was excited to find somewhere with a tub in the room. Tub was clean, filled fast and had no issues with the hot water. Room was also clean and spacious. Would stay here again.
- JAJawad AmanFeb 22, 20265.0Excellent rooms. Breakfast was decent. Only gripe I have is that when we stayed at marriott they allowed juice to be given all day long but here the Juice machine was locked off once breakfast done. Small gripe but still. The room and bathroom was clean.
- THTerry HaleFeb 3, 20261.0While the room was nice, after nearly 2 weeks, I'm having trouble getting my $50 room deposit returned. There was no damage done to the room. There is no direct phone number to the front desk to discuss the matter and Travel Services tells me I need to contact my bank as the charge is pending. That isn't true. The room & fee were charged to my credit card. This is no way to treat a guest.
