  When we had someone break into our Airbnb at 1:30 a.m. we didn’t know where to go that would allow us to bring our two dogs. We called here and they said to come on over and they would get us checked in. They are very pet friendly and rooms were big enough for us and the pups. Thank you Marcy and team for everything! We will be back on our next beach trip.

  I stayed here for work for about a month! The staff and management was fabulous! Everyone was so friendly and eager to help at the drop of a hat! Thanks for making my stay feel like my home away from home! Shout out to Bryttnei, Amber, Marcy, Rochelle, Ashley, Shannon and Sherry!!

  Stayed April 3-4, 2026. First time at a Staybridge, we were in a 2 Queen bed with sofa. One person before me, 15min wait to check in. Room itself is great, beds comfy, black out curtains, self regulating AC works well, kitchen has everything you need; coffee machine, pots/pans, dish soap, no sponge but lots of paper towels to wash if don’t need dishwasher. Bathroom clean and also, everything needed. The toilet roll was a weird distance away.. as a short right handed person, I just put it on the little shelf to use. Water in bathroom good, in kitchen took a while to get the right temperature. As one reviewer stated, the cold gets warm. Would stay again at different location. Reason for minus stars: the service. They were fully booked and knew this ahead of time as a sports team was staying. Breakfast was a mess. All the tables were dirty, no utensils or napkins, when asked for a spoon for the yogurt we were told they didn’t have any. Not even “let me go find a plastic one”. We came down at 9am, breakfast ends at 10am on weekend, so an hour left and they ran out of a lot. There were about 5 tables of people, not very busy at that point. No waffle batter, when asked, sorry no. The kid in front of me got the last of the breakfast meat, so none for anyone else. Nothing was labeled, the omelet I grabbed appeared to have ham, which I don’t eat. We ended up taking the last of the coffee and asked for more, we were told they don’t have. One slow overwhelmed female employee appeared to be “working” the breakfast area. Can’t blame her but, also, she didn’t really try to get a manager or solve any of the issues. When we were leaving, we saw a table had scored waffles. Don’t know if it’s a standard for Staybridge Suites, but it was a disappointing end to an otherwise good stay.

  What an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING stay. I have never experienced service like I have here at Staybridge Suites in Lewes Delaware. CHAD has been such an amazing help & welcoming person to my husband, my daughter, myself, & our dog Willie. We will certainly be back!

  The room is clean and spacious. The view is beautiful. However, the stay is unpleasant. First, the room did not have a non-slip bath mat. My 80-year-old grandmother slipped and fell while getting out of the bathtub. Fortunately, she landed on her hip and was not seriously injured. We were only provided a mat after requesting one from the front desk. Second, the waffle served at breakfast was clearly spoiled and tasted sour. I took a small bite and reported it to the kitchen staff out of concern for other guests, but there was little to no response. I then informed the front desk, though I am unsure whether any action was taken. This raises serious food safety concerns. Third, although we requested a late checkout, our key card was deactivated at 11:00 a.m. When we attempted to return to our room, the staff literally walked past us without reminding us, and we had to go back to the front desk to have the card reactivated. Given that there is only one slow elevator, this resulted in an unnecessary 15-minute delay.
