Breakfast had a decent amount of options (Wish they served the pork sausage and potatoes more often). Large walk in shower with good water pressure. Tv was small, old, and dim and desperately needs replacement. WiFi had decent speeds but disconnected about once every 2 hours which was annoying. Laundry was coin operated and in a locked room. You get the key from the front desk. This was kind of weird but gave the peace of mind that no one would steal my laundry which was nice. Ice machine has a "Don't fill coolers" sign on it. I've been to dozens of hotels this year alone and this is only the 2nd one I've ever seen that says this. I feel like it's a dumb request to make of your customers. If your Ice machine isn't working properly, fix it. Overall a fine hotel with some quirks.

The first room I was given smelled strongly of urine. After requesting a new room, the second was not much better. There was leftover food in the mini fridge from the previous guest, the bathroom was dirty, the ceiling showed what looked like mold, and one of the pillowcases even had blood stains. For a hotel charging these rates, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and care. I am down that way twice a year and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to housekeeping and overall quality control.

They assisted me in securing a conference room for an unexpected telehealth meeting I needed to join. The rest of the staff are always friendly and willing to help with a smile. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
