Everyone greeting with with a Smile and a cheerful Hello, Good Morning or Good Evening. Our rooms were clean, fresh towels and bed linen and when service was needed professional attention was given. When one of our rooms heating unit wasn't operating properly, they immediately sent someone to inspect it and the next morning it was replaced. The dining area was clean, well stocked and the food was warm at all times. The Delaware Crew will return.

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and as an anxious and nervous bride—especially one who had to postpone her wedding by a full year—I cannot express how grateful I am for the support I received from the IHG Dover Hotel, specifically from Juli. I first spoke with Juli in April 2025, and from the very beginning she was warm, patient, and incredibly helpful. She was the first manager I had spoken to throughout my hotel block search who took the time to kindly explain the entire process and walk me through every detail. She didn’t just treat it like a transaction—she truly cared. About a month later, life happened and I had to postpone our wedding. I emailed Juli, worried and stressed, and her response was nothing but genuine kindness and understanding, even though we had only communicated by email. It meant so much during a really difficult moment. When I reached back out again in September to say the wedding was back on, Juli immediately welcomed me back with the same enthusiasm and support as before. She asked thoughtful questions, made sure every detail was right, and ensured that at least one part of wedding planning—securing the hotel block—was stress-free. Knowing that my guests and our wedding accommodations are in her hands has given me so much peace of mind. Brides need people like Juli during this process — someone kind, patient, and truly willing to help. Juli, thank you for making me feel supported and cared for during such a big life moment.
