- KBKryssy brown4 days ago1.0Room were a bit outdated. I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Earlier in the evening a sports team was running through the halls and making noise, but nothing seemed to be addressed. Later, while simply having a conversation in the room, we were told to be quiet. What made it more uncomfortable was that the front desk staff appeared to leave the desk to listen near the room and then knocked several times. It felt intrusive and unnecessary. The repeated interruptions made the stay uncomfortable and the stay ended up leaving earlier than planned. The situation could have been handled more professionally.

- DGDarcell GholsonDec 30, 20255.0Thank you for making our stay wonderful. The excellent customer service that we received was exceptional from all staff members that we met. Everyone greeting with with a Smile and a cheerful Hello, Good Morning or Good Evening. Our rooms were clean, fresh towels and bed linen and when service was needed professional attention was given. When one of our rooms heating unit wasn't operating properly, they immediately sent someone to inspect it and the next morning it was replaced. The dining area was clean, well stocked and the food was warm at all times. The Delaware Crew will return.
