We had a beautiful stay and an even better experience at the restaurant. Laiyla was an amazing server and Axol and Gabe were amazing behind the bar.

Well, when it’s all you can find it will work.
Service was very friendly and the room seemed clean although a little worn. The restaurant was convenient and great food and drink. The heat in the room seemed to be not quite functioning. To top it off, while I was getting ready for the day, a mouse ran out from under the bed and tried to go out of the room but then ran back. Yeah, that was enough. The front desk seemed to be keeping track as when I mentioned it she had a list and added my room number to it. Oh well!

Location is great. Staff is nice.
Rooms are dated with scratch/nicks in walls and furniture and dust in the corners of the room. Room felt dark and cold.
Be aware there is a $35+tax daily “amenities” fee which is not disclosed to you upfront. When I asked what some of the amenities are after I got my final bill I was told “the refrigerator in my room” and “wifi”, “a record player (which wasn’t in my room)!?”, “yoga mat” (never saw one) as some of the “amenities”.
Rather than nickle and dime your customer, maybe just charge $35 more per night for each stay instead of try and pass off having a mini fridge and WiFi in the hotel as amenities if you can’t afford your own services you offer? I travel a lot for work and pleasure and have never been charged by a hotel for a mini fridge that comes standard in my room.

Fraudsters that charge you undisclosed fees at the end of your stay. Don’t stay here if you don’t want a random $50 fee for “complimentary water” and “discounted bus services” that you were never offered or took advantage of.

A really nice modern and clean hotel with enormous rooms. The room was so large with a huge bathroom. We had an issue with our room and this was fixed straight away by hotel staff who were friendly and helpful. The lobby and restaurant were nice and modern. There was also a table tennis and a gym in the hotel. The only small issue with the hotel is that the nearest metro is quite a walk away. I would stay at the hotel if in Washington again.
