Due to the location, the staff honestly doesn’t greet you when you walk in and there’s usually ppl in the lobby. This actually surprised me because I don’t have any high expectations for the holiday inn at all. But, the common areas were clean and their room was nice/upgraded and clean, but small. Again due to the location and regardless of the time of day you need a key to access the elevator. That is definitely annoying when you’re waiting on someone from the 14th floor to come all the way down to get you. Lastly, since it’s on a busy corner it’s not an idea spot for ride-share pickup.
