Thanks Cynthia(Front Desk), who checked us in on Sept 17th, 25 with a smile and explained to us about the hotel facilities. Front Desk can make our stay better when it is manned by a professional like Cynthia. Not much view from the room(Marriott and Walgreens across the street), but the room is spacious. The neighborhood is clean and safe. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay at the hotel.

Great restaurant for a Hilton Garden. Service was good but they were going to try and charge me $25 for an EARLY check in. It was 11:45. I told them no way and I'd just wait. They waived the fee. Other than that, great place to stay.

I just checked out of the Hilton Garden Inn Georgetown. This is my 3rd and last stay at this hotel. The same issues every time I've stayed here! Elevators do not operate consistently and I'm forced to take a cold shower every day. When I've tried talking to the front desk each time I bring up these concerns they give me the "oh, it's the first time we've heard of such issues" At least acknowledge that you have problems with the Elevators and hot water! They really need to train their front desk staff! I'll be taking my business and $$ elsewhere!

I’ve stayed at this location 20+ times over the last 12 months and probably double that over the past 18 months. Generally don’t have any complaints as I usually check in and come and go since I’m in town for business meetings. This time unfortunately I had to deal with the management of the property. The GM took care of the situation as I had to escalate over the assistant general manager head. The assistant general manager is little nasty attitude having person who hasn’t figured out she works in hospitality for a company that she does not own. She could use some re training on how to deal with customer service. I’m a diamond member and have stayed at least 400 nights over the past 2 years at Hilton properties across the country due to business travel, but this property will no longer be one of them.

I was double charged because of the hotel’s mistake. The lady handling the check-in was extremely rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. Later, another staff member who assisted us was very kind and professional, but unfortunately, the issue was never resolved. On top of that, despite staying as planned, we were also charged an additional “no-show” fee. My colleague also faced the same billing problem. What’s worse is that it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone to resolve the problem. I emailed and called several times, but no one has properly followed up or fixed the issue. I expected much better communication and accountability from a Hilton property.. I truly expected better service and accountability from a Hilton property. The room was not very clean and looked a bit old, and overall the service quality was poor. Also, the fact that there is no restaurant in the hotel is another big minus.
