Overall, it’s an average hotel, but the location is definitely a plus. If you’re attending something at the convention center, it’s super close and very convenient. The experience can be hit or miss depending on the day, so it’s really a 3–4 star place, but this time it worked out fine. Good enough for a short stay, especially if you’re in town for an event.

So I came here for a conference. The location is really good. It’s only a block away from the convention center. And there are restaurants and food places nearby. The front desk is pretty helpful. I asked for more blankets and they provided it right away. Just wanted to note that the room cleaning was below expectations — trash wasn’t emptied and the bedding wasn’t changed despite the every-other-day policy. When I came back after a long day, I saw that my bed was made so I was glad that housekeeping was in. But then when I looked around, nothing was picked up like the old used towels. Or the trash. Also, my bedsheets were not changed. Just the same ones were used to make my bed. It seems like and give me more towels. And that’s it. The room itself wasn’t too bad. Although it makes me wonder how well it’s cleaned before checking in. Depending on the options, I would probably not stay here again unless absolutely necessary

Loved the location! I will say however I did the early digital check in which seemed to not help me at all. I had booked a 2nd floor room and once I got to the hotel even after 4 the front desk told me it "wasn't ready yet", where I then I placed on the 5th floor and they only had 1 elevator working which made getting up and down take that much longer. The gentleman who did Valet was nice and informative but we weren't exactly attended to when we pulled in and it was just us, I think he was on a smoke break? Room was okay, felt slightly dated but the duvet covers smelled musty and I woke up with bug bites. I don't want to sound needy but I stay at multiple Hampton Inns and can say I have had better experiences. I had higher hopes for this location being in such a great location.
