Wow, the restaurant here is next level. Th service, omg! Frank was so great welcoming us and Danwel was an amazing server - he helped us pick all the best dishes! That pasta was the best pasta I’ve ever tasted and the mashed potatoes too omg! The tableside steak service was also next level! Highly recommend for a special occasion…especially Christmas! You could do a whole photoshoot here!! Such a beautiful spot for the holidays! I didn’t even get a pic of the sleigh…But so many cute spots! And amazing service!

Four Seasons Hotels consistently ensure an incredible experience, and this stay was no exception! From start to finish, everything was seamless, with Justin, Michael, and Amelia at the front desk going above and beyond. They helped us settle in effortlessly and offered assistance throughout the stay. I couldn’t be happier with the service, the stunning room, and the friendly, professional staff. Everyone made us feel warmly welcomed, making it a truly unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return soon!

This year for Thanksgiving we give away 1,264 turkeys to families in need. The distribution takes place over several days and we use a refrigerated truck to keep the turkeys from spoiling. This year, I decided to park the turkey truck near my office, which is across the street from the Four Seasons in DC. I arrived in the morning and turned on the refrigeration unit at around 830AM. At 930 AM I went back to the truck to start the deliveries for the day. As I climbed into the truck, two security officers came out of the hotel, surrounded me, physically prevented me from leaving and said that they'd called the police. One was standing in front of the truck and the other stood in a way that prevented me from closing the vehicle door, holding me hostage on a public street. At first they barked that I violated noise ordinance by keeping the truck on all night and noted that guests were complaining due to the noise. The truck was not on all night. It was turned off at 545PM and turned back on at 830AM. I challenged them to produce the video evidence and they refused because they were lying. When the police officer arrived he informed me that he was called to investigate suspicious activity - not a noise violation. These security guards/cowards could not even be honest about why they called the police. The instant I showed the officer the 1,000 'suspect' turkeys in back of the truck he laughed and let me go so we could deliver much needed food during this holiday season. I was deeply disturbed by the outright racism and lack of empathy shown by the security staff. I should note that it was my Arab origin was apparently suspicious to them. This same Four Seasons hosted a guest last week who literally had a Washington Post journalist chopped up into little pieces. So the same guards that protected a human butcher called the cops on another Arab distributing turkeys to families in need for Thanksgiving. I was parked in a public metered spot, not private property so why they were allowed to hold me hostage for 30 minutes before the police showed up? Even after I informed them that I am a monthly parking customer of the Four Seasons they refused to let me go and kept on sneering that the police would decide my fate. Thank you to MPD and the brave officer who set me free. Shame on you Four Seasons. Despite your outright racism and best attempts to hold me hostage in a public parking spot, I was able to deliver the much needed turkeys to communities in need throughout DC.
