  I want to first recognize the staff, who assisted me from start to finish. Starting with the warm smile and gracious demeanor of your Doorman, and immediately during that interaction, the valet who also was equally professional. This whole hotel experience exceeded my expectations!! It's a Four Seasons and all properties are held to a higher standard then all the rest, but I still was blown away by their service, their ability to remember my last name on the fly. I felt like a member at a private club! In addition to that incredible personalized service was our room appointment! The Georgetown suite. Holy wow! A one bedroom accommodation, with a large size living room. The bed was so delightful, that I didn't want Ito get out of it not because I couldn't, but because I had to eventually check out. Haha Honorable mentions with service professionals: Julie and Michael at Front desk. Juv, the house car driver very, very professional. Special mention to the housekeeping too as everything was clean from top to bottom and fresh! I will return. Many many thanks! Warmly, Lou

  Called in today and attempted to schedule massage and facial. Front desk stated Spa is currently assisting another client, They will call me back. 20min goes by no call back. So I called again and successfully got transferred to Spa. Spa admin asked me few questions and based on that gave me options for exactly I something just told her not to do. Sound like she paid 0 attention to what I was trying to accomplish. I called back and ask for a manager, hoping I can solve mutual problem. Manager listen to me and apologized. No solution was offered. Awful team work. Definitely not Four Season service nor problem solving.

  I am Not a guest but today exactly this day, February 18 at 6:26 PM I was delivering food to a guest of theirs because I was not well dressed and not in a high-end Car valet when I got to my car we're rushing me in the spot that I was parked for less than five minutes telling me to move as I was trying to put my GPS so I can leave not even two seconds of being in my car they were scrolling, and there was two other cars in front of me in the same spot that we're high-end with people inside and they didn't say anything. I'm delivering food to their guest now when their guest wants something to eat and other people from the delivery service see that is from there and seeing how they treat delivery people I highly doubt their guest will receive their order. We are all equal?

  The location is outstanding, in one of the best areas of Washington, D.C. The staff is highly professional, with truly excellent customer service. The level of service is consistent, efficient, and well executed in every detail. It is a great hotel, with high standards and a solid experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.
