This hotel is listed as 4 stars, but my experience was far from it. Our room had several issues: a dripping shower faucet, a leak under the bathroom sink that soaked our towels, and extremely low water pressure.
Things got worse with the service. I had two reservations under different names and asked the front desk to link them. Instead, they incorrectly extended one reservation and charged me for extra days—something I only noticed after checkout.
When I called to resolve it, I was hung up on four times. When I finally reached the manager, Kevin, he blamed phone issues rather than addressing the problem.
After reading other reviews, it seems this is a pattern. I wouldn’t stay here again and recommend others look elsewhere.

I would not recommend the Hamilton Hotel. I was disappointed most of my stay. I booked early check in, but arrived and was told no room was available and that early check in is not a guarantee. The front desk associate acted like I was at fault for expecting the upgrade the hotel sells and markets to be available. I was then told they would text me when my room was ready. No message ever came and I returned to the hotel at 4pm for check in once more. I was checked into room 1039 for a Franklin Park View room. DO NOT let them give you 1039 as it has NO view of the park. You are instead greeted by a balcony that has black fabric wrapped around it. The room also had a TV that did not function properly. The TV is either so old the LED lights are fading or there is some other problem causing most of the TV to be dark and only the center to be bright in color. Also, you can only use steaming services if you cast from your personal devices. Overall, what I saw online and booked for my reservation was misleading and lead to a very poor experience. I would not recommend as the deception on the part of the hotels marketing is despicable.

I would give a 0 if I could. I paid for the room, plus all fees, resort fees, etc prior to my stay. I used booking.com and the more reviews I read, the more this seems like a trend that this hotel does this every single time if you book through booking.com. I had a $0 balance. Yet I was charged again for the entirety of the balance which was $702.42. I was also doubled charged $234.15, on 4/4 and again on 4/5. Both of those charges can’t be explained by hotel staff. That is $468.03 that can’t be explained. I was told I would receive a call back in 10 mins and the money would be returned back to my account but I never received the call back. I had to report charges as fraud to my bank and cancel my card. That brings the total fraud charges to $1,170.75 that this hotel took from my bank that should’ve never been charged. I will never again stay at this hotel. I have to update all my automatic payments on my bills because I had to cancel my card for felony theft due to the balance being so high. Do not stay here. If you have stayed here recently, please look at your bank statements. The two charges for $234.15 were not on any receipt I received from the hotel, if I hadn’t checked my bank account, they would’ve gotten away with this.

Our stay was a complete disaster from the moment we arrived. We were given keys to an occupied room and literally walked in on someone in the shower—it was a huge invasion of privacy and honestly shocking. On top of that, the hotel completely messed up my sister-in-law’s booking. They were told their family of four would have a bed and a pull-out sofa because the hotel hasn't received the payment from the booking platform. Instead, what they found was there was no sofa at all—just one bed for four people. It took a frustrating 30 minutes at the front desk to find rooms for both families. The staff didn't even offer a sincere apology. My in-laws told me later that the toilet was not working properly. They gave up with asking the front desk to fix the issue in the midnight. They decided to cancel their stay for the following day. Between the safety concerns and the lack of basic service, the whole experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. Stay away from the hotel at all costs.
