- NPNoah PerkinsDec 31, 20251.0Dirty shower head, ruined bathroom mirror, crazy looking bath tub, a damaged night table, and a dirty hair dryer. This hotel is gross, smelly , dated and the maintenance might as well be duck tape and super glue. The only benefit is the kitchenette for people that may need to stay for longer than a day. But I would not recommend this hotel to family members, friends or anyone I know personally. It’s better to spend the $50 more and stay at any other location nearby.

The room was huge(!) And unexpectedly included a kitchenette complete with plates, silverware etc. For the regular price of a room and includes all this while still being clean and safe? Yes please! Be sure to inquire about leaving your car if you are flying out of Bradley. Oh also a shuttle to and from the airport!!

The snack shop is good and the rooms have kitchenettes with Crock pots, blenders and so on available to borrow. The bed is really comfortable. Updates, modernization needed. There's a pool, good gym and laundry. It's a basic hotel. The 4th floor hall floors , elevator were dirty, smelled like smoke. The hotel just lacks that extra customer service that could make it memorable like a smile at check in or a more attentive staff. Otherwise it's a decent stop for a night.

I had to go to the front desk to pick up my own blankets and towels and even had to make my own bed. To make matters worse, I wasn’t informed that the pool was closed, which was disappointing. Additionally, the manager was rude and unprofessional, making the experience even more unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.
- JDJesse DoddDec 19, 20251.0If you book a particular room online, even going by the pictures, when you check in, expect to get an entirely different room. The unsurely large gross smelling woman at the desk will not try to help you. I have stayed here 8 times and 5 of them, i was given the wring room which was disgusting and smelled like an ashtray. Vehicles are often broken into and they charge $100 for incidentals which you have to fight to get back for no apparent reason. They also gave out my personal info and credit card number to a stranger! This place should be condemned.
