Clean room, comfortable bed and great customer service. The restaurant also had tasty breakfast options. Pool area looked nice and clean. The fitness center is small, but looks well cared for. Perfect for our one night stay

I booked the room and called a month ahead of time to advise that I had a service dog. I checked in with no issues, my service dog was only there to sleep, there was no messes by the dog. I received a text notification that I was charged $150 at check out. I called and asked why and they told me for “damages linens from a blood stain that our housekeepers can’t get out”. Well, I was charged IMMEDIATELY after I checked out, not even time to wash linens. Secondly, there was no blood, I have red dyed hair, a little bit of hair dye got onto a towel when I washed my hair. I asked the guy at the front desk “don’t you think $150 is steep for ONE towel?” He said “it’s policy”. I said no it’s not I’ve read your policy, it’s because I had a service dog in your hotel and he said “no but you’re now being charged $250”. So essentially, they discriminated against me because I have a service animal (not an ESA) and violates my ADA rights. I will never stay at this chain again. Update: corporate stated that it wasn’t for the fye on the towel, it was for bed sheets… but they said they can’t confirm it was mine and agreed that I was charged before any attempts would have been made. Corporate told me they couldn’t do anything and I need to talk to the branch directly, who again when I told them that I felt like it was because of my service animal they raised the price from $150 to $250. Corporate agreed that they should have taken pics because ALL linens go into bins and taken down to laundry at the end of them being done cleaning these hotel… so again no proof that any of these said linens were mine.

Updating to share the terrible experience I had. From the moment we arrived, the elevator reeked of weed, and when we reached our floor, nearly every room smelled strongly of smoke despite the “no smoking” signs everywhere. I’ve stayed in some rough hotels before, but this one really tops the list. To top it off, I still have not gotten my deposit back and it has been over a week at this point.

Above and beyond service. We were stranded for four days due to vehicle repairs. We were checked in and our of rooms, no questions, asked how we were doing and were very kind. While waiting for the last day before having to get shipped home they worked with us till we could get our rental taken care of.
