The worse is that the receptionist not taking responsibility for their mistake. It was just like whatever. Worse, the shower was not working. There was no plumber on sight or anyone available to check the issue. Ended up going to bed without showering after a long and sticky day. No manager or anyone on sight to resolve any problem. Stay there at your own risk. Simply unacceptable.

The breakfast this hotel serves every morning was excellent. The staff are friendly and very professional. I was very impressed by housekeeping. They came into my room while I was out. Changed the bedding and remade the beds. Items I had on the bed they put back in the exact spot that I had them. I just can't say enough great things about this hotel.
