THIS HOLTEL IS SCAMMING! I HAD A RESERVATION MADE FOR VALENTINES DAY SWIPED MY CARD ON THE PAYPAD IT SAID DECLINED BUT TOOK $334 OUT MY ACCOUNT! THEY ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE BUT KEPT SAYING THEY DIDNT GER THR MONEY AND SAID THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT ! LIES! I LEFT AND TRIED TO SOFT IT OUT WITH MY BANK AND MAKE A IMMEDIATE DISPUTE. At 3:04 AM ! THERE WAS ANOTHER CHARGE OF $234 MADE FROM THE HOLTEL ! I WASNT EVEN THERE! I CALLED THE POLICE. ALMOST $600 THEY TOOK FROM ME! DONT GO THERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ACT LIKE THEY DIDN’T RECEIVE IT!

My daughter just went here for Valentines Day made reservations got there scanned card they claim the card was declined but it's pending then at 3:04 am this morning the same guy made another transaction claim it was his fault and got the authorization to get the funds placed back on her card in 3-5 business days this is absolutely sad there will be an investigation......and the sad part they never stayed seriously 😠😡

We had a great stay here during the Can Am in Shelton. The rooms were large and clean. The gym was spacious. The best part of the experience was the staff. I left something in my room that was of value and of importance. When I got home I noticed the items were missing. I called the hotel, housekeeping had the items and someone shipped them to me the next day. I thought for sure the items were stolen but two days later they arrived via Fed Ex. Outstanding service!!

The owner is too cheap to pay for the insurance to open the water slide so it sits there unused. What a way to RUIN A FUN PLACE. WE ARE NOW NEVER. COMING HERE AGAIN. THIS WAS A MINI GETAWAY PLACE WE LOVED FOR THE WATER SLIDE. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. SO DISGUSTED THEY WOULD DO THIS. LOST LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

Sister & I went to see A Boogie in concert over the weekend and this was a great 1nighter! Clean, spacious, friendly staff, plus breakfast! The only problem we had was not part of the stuff doing but we had a man banging on our door at 4am(probably wrong room), we never answered because we are 2 young females but it’s was definitely scary, but we felt very safe in the room with all the reinforce locks and door stoppers!!! 11/10 for overall!
