The reception staff is very pleasant during the day, but at night, the elderly woman at the desk acted very strangely, calling me at 2 a.m. to ask if I had paid the deposit.
- DGDaniel GormanOct 14, 20251.0Unacceptable conditions at the hotel. Multiple issues with roaches, dirty rooms, and fire alarms. When the front desk was notified of the roaches (Hotel Manager Andrew 10/11/25), pest control/exterminators spraying/gassing poison in rooms while we were out for the day due to roach infestations. The clerk at front desk denied this and stated another guest’s bag was splash by some gasoline. Room was also filthy with dirty floors, socks and feet turned black from walking in the room floor. A request was made at the front desk on 10/12/25 for them to clean the floors which was not fulfilled. We were not able to keep our bags int eh room during the second night because of bugs. Additionally, there was a fire alarm that went off on the evening of 10/12/25 because someone set off the fire alarm on the second floor. We were then told by Jake the evening desk clerk that there was a rehab place nearby that the hotel gives rooms too. A refund request was made to Jake that evening after the alarms were set off and we were told to speak with Andrew in the morning. The next morning at checkout we spoke to Andrew and were told no refund because we stayed the night. We were part of a traveling sprots team that booked multiple rooms at the hotel and are aware of other refunds that were grants to fellow family members because of the conditions this past weekend. Unacceptable and not consideration for the kids that were with us being exposed to whatever poison(s) were used to kill the roaches. Full refund being requested.
