- EGErica Goines2 days ago5.0I had a very pleasant stay here! The staff was friendly and the basic queen room was nicer than expected. The warm, low lighting options throughout the room were perfect for my late night arrival. The room also had several USB plugs in the wall which came in handy since I forgot my charging block. Most important, it was quiet and I could not hear other guests. Got the best sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel here. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in the area!

The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the service is excellent! The manager, Andrew, truly went above and beyond for us and made an awful situation feel significantly easier. We cannot thank you all enough. I have since started recommending it to my coworkers and friends who have people visiting them in town, and to my family when they come to stay. We lived here for a month and never had a bad experience, you will have an excellent experience coming here!

After a reservation error was trying to be fixed, the general manager told me he would “have me banned from the property!” If I didn’t just accept the charges and pay again. I have booked here more than 20 times and no care given. Good customer service you DB!
