We chose this hotel strictly because of its convenient location and the fact that we had enough points from a recent credit card deal to stay there for free. This turned out to be one of those instances where you get what you pay for? This hotel desperately needs to be updated. Virtually. Everything in it seemed to be from the early 2000s. Lobby was a little grimy, only one elevator was working and it was pretty dirty, and our room while technically clean was so out of date that it's still seemed a little nasty. The staff themselves were okay. They got us checked in in a reasonable amount of time but with minimal effort around courtesy. My wife and I tend to visit Mohegan Sun a few times each year for concerts. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Grocery store, Walmart, and tons of other eateries, fuel, stores, within two minutes of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. An on site bar/restaurant makes it convenient for a quick bite to eat or grab a drink. The hotel was clean, water hot, TV was good. Only issue overall is the bathroom in my room at least was super small. More a design flaw than an overall issue with the hotel, so overall, a really good hotel and I will stay here again!!!

The rooms bathroom tub was chipped and stained. The sink was cracked. The carpet was old and had a musty odor and was very worn. The room was darkly painted, and as always, the lighting was dim. I would be scared to see it brightly lite. It was a room and it served its purpose, but I do not bring my luggage into rooms like this! I usually have a decent experience with this brand of IHG.
