Staff are friendly and helpful. Abundant parking is available immediately by the entrances. Breakfast is not included, and coffee is only provided in the lobby until 10am, so plan accordingly. The soundproofing isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, so if you’re the loud one, pipe down. If you’re the quiet one, bring your white noise machine. This isn’t a pedestrian-friendly area — you’ll want a car!

The rooms were good. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk clerk Chris, the bartender and the morning breakfast cook provided exceptional customer service. We liked the location, lots for food options and close to everything in Norwalk. It was the right distance we need to visit family in Bridgeport.

The hotel itself is fine. Clean rooms, little to no smell, quiet. The downside to this hotel is that it's on Rt. 7 which appears to be a major north to south artery through that part of town. I would recommend coming from the south and turning right into the hotel because if you come during anytime where there is heavy traffic it's a nightmare to turn left into it. Your best bet would be to go to the next light and turn left into the the DMV, make a u-turn in their parking lot and then come back and turn right into the hotel. And whatever you do don't try to turn left out of this hotel if there's traffic.

Disgusting hotel room. The front desk staff were really nice but that’s about the only positive. Everything felt dirty, there were scuff marks and gum on the walls, horrible fluorescent lighting. Found hairs folded in the towels(????) Felt like an 80s hospital. Also, breakfast was not included which is ridiculous. All I have to say is Marriott would never!

The front desk staff in the evening could not have been friendlier or nicer. The young lady and the young man who I spoke to for at least 10 to 15 minutes discussing concert photography and sports photography. They could not have been any more pleasant to deal with.
