They went as far as wanting me to fill out a release form which I declined because in my years of booking hotels I had to do this ridiculousness. Also, my card was swiped to placed a hold on my account, no documents were filled out for that. I know it's only a hundred dollars but what is mine is mine. I will continue to drag y'all through the mud until this is resolved

The sound proofing is horrid. Conversations outside your window and in the hallways are easily heard. A whisper will wake you up because you’ll think someone’s in your room. Also all the doors slamming was obnoxious. Definitely NOT worth my 150$. Unhappy with this visit.

Great location with spacious rooms, wonderful work spaces and a XXX mint gym with cardio, weights, heavy bag et cetera.. The hotel is spotless with a very attentive staff. FREE coffee 24/7 in the lobby. What more could you want.

This is my go to stop picking my son up from school While the dining options are nothing like they were when it first opened the beds and shower are great . Not last night. I'm tired of redeming points for the worst rooms in hotels . Had to turn off heat all night because it squeezed. and the glass door to bathroom couldn't be moved without an extreme amount of effort. Whole body force. Bathroom was dirty moldy faucet and shaving cream dried on front of sink cabinet. Huge disappointment
