My stay wasn't the best, as I stay in a different hotel every weekend and I know what good customer service is. I arrived on Friday, February 20, 2026, and on Saturday morning, before leaving at 7:00 am, I called the front desk to request housekeeper services, but no one answered. I went to the front desk, but there was no one there, so I left without being helped. Hours later, I sent a message that wasn't read or answered, and when I arrived back at the hotel around 2:00 pm, I mentioned it, and they offered me the service, but it was too late to sit and wait in the lobby. Later, I went back to borrow a phone charger and some coffee for my room. They lent me the charger, but they never sent the coffee. On Saturday around 8 pm, I left my room to return the charger and saw the front desk employee go into room 102. I went down to the front desk thinking someone was there, but there was a note saying they would be back soon. I waited about 20 minutes, and there was no one at the front desk. I went back to my room and went down later to return the charger. I thanked them for lending it to me and for the coffee they never sent. Ironically, they said, "You're very welcome." I am traveling with a group of healthcare professionals who work for DOCS International, and I feel I must make this comment so it can be taken into account. My stay wasn't the best, as I stay in a different hotel every weekend and I know what good customer service is.
