- ACAimee ChampagneApr 20, 20262.0Overpriced for what it is. Mediocre shower. Blanket had a small stain. Pillow smelled like feet. For the price and these issues, breakfast should have been included at least.
- THTiras HoyleApr 12, 20261.0I had the most horrible experience. The stuff came in my room when I specifically asked them not to if I'm not present & I had the DND sign on my door as well. When I addressed the issue to so-called general manager Gina, she then became belligerent & aggressive by coming from around the front into my face with bad smelling breath stating, "this is my property & you are the guest & we can do what we want". That absolutely incorrect & unacceptable because it violated my privacy. I also reported this incident to IHG because that property is a franchise own not corporate hotel.

A local contact recommended the Holiday Inn because it was walking distance to a street with a variety of restaurants. We ended up driving to dinner, and then to the hotel, but still appreciated the proximity. Our room was large and comfortable. Better yet, the desk was able to give each of us a toothbrush and toothpaste! This made a big difference in our enjoying our stay. The check-in clerk was friendly and helpful. So all-in-all, a good visit.
