- BPBetty PicciuoloFeb 16, 20263.0Best Western Mystic Hotel- Nice hotel with a good location. Staff at the front desk were knowledgeable and kind. Hotel within walking of Olde Mystic Village and a few restaurants although when we were there in off season , the sidewalks were still covered with snow, even though it hadn’t snowed for 3 weeks making the walk a little treacherous. Parking lot also did not get fully plowed so it was definitely missing a few spots. Two floor hotel, Room was clean quiet, bed was comfortable. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in lobby which was replenished several times while we were there ( Staff kept good eye on) Free Breakfast everyday with large eating area. Eggs, sausages, 2 kinds of cereal, yogurt with sides, bread, muffins, bagels, cream cheese, PBJ. Outdoor pool ( summer) and workout room with enough stuff to at keep you active.

I travel for a living so I'm constantly on the road if I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be staying here again. Had an issue with a room and staff took care of it promptly. Really enjoyed my stay here
