- RORobert O'Dell6 days ago1.0This place should be condemned. The room was dirty and there was mold on the window and the bathroom was falling apart. There was also a giant gap around the door. I don't know anything about Connecticut but this area was also very sketchy.
- JNJames NelsonApr 29, 20265.0It’s not the five star hotel but it has what you need and it has from people and at the end of the day that’s what matters most to me! There’s a ton of places in the area to get food I would definitely stay there again for a night or two related to work.

Missing lightbulb, dusty and pieces of something under each bed, laminate peeling off TV cabinet, cracked fan cover, falling apart backboard of TV stand and mold in the shower/soap caddy.

The rooms are clean but a bit dated and the pool is cold even for indoor swimming. No hot tub, ice machine and soda machine on the third floor.

My room got clean in a daily basis, breakfast every morning and the front desk rep. Are fantastic, very professional and always willing to help if anything is needed. I think what makes the difference is that if you need anything, is right to ask, don’t assume that is going to get done just because your paying for the room. I had asked the front desk for stuff the I need and they have been very prompt to do it and very courteous about it. Good people to work with , again very professional, respectful and courteous.
