The bathrooms were clean. The amenities were great. I just wish the pillows were a bit better but that's a global thing. A couple of gas stations in the area with fully stocked convenience stores. The mall was also nearby. The only thing that could possibly make the hotel a little better would be electric car charging stations.

- ASAnt SNov 30, 20251.0Not sure of the great reviews or should I say why , the suite I booked for my family and me on Thanksgiving weekend was definitely not to the standards that I am accustomed to while tea. There was a hole in my wall cracked ceiling painted falling down from over dinner table in the kitchen, the couch was broken and sagging when sitting down, the room had only one remote to be shared between the rooms the hot water was not working we had a shortage of towels and toiletries the indoor pool was ice cold the breakfast ended at 9:30 . The room also had a mold mildew smell the door had a crack around the bottom so you could see feet walk by and anyone in the hallway. The furniture was old very outdated and chipped and cracked, just a low budget room and not what I was expecting since I stayed at other Holiday Inn sites before and was pleased. Room was large but needed upgrades bad .

Croissants, x, sausage and gravy. More than Continental breakfast, but nothing extremely fancy either. Overall, it was a good value, especially comparison to the surrounding hotels.
