  I had stay in this hotel for 7 weeks now, two weeks at the time, and so far so good ! My room got clean in a daily basis, breakfast every morning and the front desk rep. Are fantastic, very professional and always willing to help if anything is needed. I think what makes the difference is that if you need anything, is right to ask, don’t assume that is going to get done just because your paying for the room. I had asked the front desk for stuff the I need and they have been very prompt to do it and very courteous about it. Good people to work with , again very professional, respectful and courteous.

  Dust everywhere, a hellish racket with all those families living there, noise, screams of children running through the hallway, banging on the wall, all that from 9 pm until 4 am. Horrible, I'll never go back to that place. Never again. They say there are complicated families living there. They turn off the pool heater from 7 to 10 pm, which they're supposed to have open because of all the infernal teenagers who live there. Horrible, I couldn't sleep until 4 am when all those kids finally shut up.

  This is an average old hotel. The room was clean but the lamp shades were all stained and crooked. The decor is old and drab. Our room was not cleaned during our two night stay. No idea why. You get what you pay for its fine if you don't care about what your room looks like.

  Red flag! Do not stay here!! Shower rod was pulling a tile out of the wall, they came to look at it and said oh that’s a 2 hour job and didn’t fix it. Sink backed up every time we used it! They NEVER cleaned our room! I had to ask for towels everyday, and multiple times as a reminder. Front desk wouldn’t even look up at guests checking in just saying “rooms aren’t ready yet” without even looking to see if it was already a current guest. This place is well below any standards I have, unfortunately we don’t get to pick the hotel since we stayed for a hockey tournament and the tournament assigns the hotels to teams. We have already contacted them to take this hotel off their roster of hotels! Literally telling my kids be thankful for what we have at home. It’s unfortunate to spend money away for the weekend to leave your nice home to come stay at a dump. I would highly recommend staying across the street at the Hilton garden inn!
