Giovanna is always the consummate professional. Polite and respectful and very knowledgeable about the hotel and immediate surroundings. They are other hotels in the area but I always choose Hilton because of the cleanliness, parking, support staff, and amenities. There is free parking and a short distance to the highway; also it’s fifteen minutes from New Haven, CT. Milford is also a beach side town.
