- JYJumi YoonNov 29, 20254.0I had issue with the room as it didn’t feel super clean. No fitted sheets on the beds and they kept coming off. Looked like mold on our lamp. But all my frustrations related to that went away the morning after when we went down for breakfast. Shamika who was working down there was absolutely wonderful. She was walking around taking care of everybody and everything and making sure we and our small kids had everything we needed. And she was so kind. She really just brightened up the whole mood with her cheery “good morning” and enthusiasm. Just overall a wonderful genuinely kind person who does her best at her job and seems like she really wants to be there. For any management reading this, she deserves a raise or a special paid time off because she works so hard. We were there for three days and she was the same every morning. I hope the universe brings her all good things.
