Just like most…. To much $ for the quality… then again you have to spend >$300 to get something as good as home…

Will never stay at a Hampton because the stupid commercial has an unnecessarily loud smoke detector in it! Drives my dogs nuts and doesn’t deserve to be in prime time college football. Perhaps take it to WNBA!!

I had issue with the room as it didn’t feel super clean. No fitted sheets on the beds and they kept coming off. Looked like mold on our lamp. But all my frustrations related to that went away the morning after when we went down for breakfast. Shamika who was working down there was absolutely wonderful. She was walking around taking care of everybody and everything and making sure we and our small kids had everything we needed. And she was so kind. She really just brightened up the whole mood with her cheery “good morning” and enthusiasm. Just overall a wonderful genuinely kind person who does her best at her job and seems like she really wants to be there. For any management reading this, she deserves a raise or a special paid time off because she works so hard. We were there for three days and she was the same every morning. I hope the universe brings her all good things.

Everything is OK except for the TV. Too blue! They politely changed another room for me. I want to shout out kudos to the lady at the breakfast service. She checked and cleaned all the time. Greeting to people and assisting them non-stop.

The room was unfortunately not clean. There were hairs on the bedsheets and pillows, and noticeable stains on the carpet. The entryway area, which has laminate wood flooring, was especially dirty — after spilling a bit of water and wiping it up with tissues, the tissues turned black, clearly showing it hadn’t been mopped in a while. The bathtub was yellowed with some visible mold or mildew in the caulking. When we turned on the AC/fan, a strange odor — kind of like feet — came from the unit. The walls are quite thin, so you’ll likely hear other guests, though that didn’t bother us personally. Overall, I didn’t expect much for the price, and it really is a case of getting what you pay for.
