- MHMark Humphreys3 days ago5.0I don’t often leave reviews, but having as many nights in IHG properties because they are consistently excellent, this location checks all the boxes with cleanliness, professionalism & comfort. It’s on a main road and the parking lot is set up so I felt very secure that there was no foot traffic or potential for break-ins (which is always a concern for the traveling service tech with tools). My point of this review is to tip my hat to Michael at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, helpful & helped me feel comfortable. He wasn’t just “at work” he is earnest & engaging. He remembered my name & all in all went above & beyond to make me feel welcome. I was very impressed and pleased with him enough to take the time to write a review.

He showed me all the amenities and explained many of the upgrades they have done at the hotel. He was prompt to check me in and made sure to add my IHG number so I could get points. He did everything right and made me feel right at home.

- SBS BFeb 25, 20261.0This is the worst holiday inn I've ever stayed at. The room was " fake" clean, visible spots all over the bathrooms. I had a king suite that cames with a baby bathtub, not an actual shower. Breakfast was pathetic, everything was stale. This location is a miss!!!
