Every person we came in contact with was helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. Loved the cinnamon rolls so delicious. My first time at a holiday inn and will not be my last!

We initially stayed for two nights due to a water main break in Waterbury, CT, which created an unexpected emergency for our family. When we asked the day manager about the possibility of a discounted rate for extending our stay an additional two nights under these circumstances, we were informed that no discounts were available. The day breakfast staff, unfortunately, was not very friendly, which contrasted with the positive experience we had with the evening staff. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The property is family-friendly, the pool is heated, and the location is convenient. Overall, it was a good stay for families, though greater consideration or flexibility during a local emergency would have significantly improved the experience.
