  I don’t know how this hotel has such good reviews. With this property you get what you pay for - cheap. I only stayed for 1 night out of the 4. • dirty. Every surface when I wiped it with a disinfectant wipe was black. I wiped them down because I had some type of stain on one of them. I was so disgusted. • the sink counter in the bathroom was just as dirty • there is an extractor fan in the bathroom that you cannot turn off. I had to sleep with the bathroom door closed. • the mattress has some kind of plastic sheeting on it and was very uncomfortable. • the night I stayed there was a coach load of young hockey players who made so much noise yelling, banging doors and acting the fool that I had to sleep with the TV on to drown out the noise. The man at the front desk was nice and accommodating, but when I brought it up to the lady receptionist in the morning, instead of saying that she was how and let me make it better, she responded by saying that they can’t control the noise. Absolutely ridiculous response. Apparently, the manager only works Monday- Friday and was I had no recourse to get a refund. I have also reported this hotel to the Advantage Hotels. Do not stay here unless you absolutely can’t afford anywhere else or you don’t care about noise or cleanliness. Disgusting

  My month-long stay at the Best Western in Manchester was extremely disappointing. Upon turning on the bathroom lights, I was shocked to find roaches, which was both frightening and disgusting. The hotel staff frequently entered my room without permission, despite having the privacy sign on the door. I was forced to leave after just 21 days, which I understand but it’s after 28days. The breakfast was bland, unappetizing, and often undercooked. Moreover, there were never enough towels available at the front desk, and I often had to wait for them to be washed. I also had to make my own bed most days, and when room service did come, the bed was not made properly from the start. Overall, this stay was frustrating and unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel.

  The room was surrounded by noisy neighbors. It smelled of chemical cleaning agents that made my daughter ill. She stayed two of the five nights we booked and the hotel is refusing to give us our money back for the three nights we did not use. Warning do not ever book a room at a Best Western.

  Messy rooms, loud staff, check in staff never in counter, broken elevator door, do not stay here! Weird blood stain on toliet and clogged.
