Very disappointing experience. The TV has no streaming options—no internet access for apps, only basic DirecTV channels. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, and the faucet is installed backwards, with the hot water coming from the “cold” direction, which is unsafe and can easily cause burns.
The front desk service is terrible. The staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. I ordered food through Uber Eats, and they did not allow the driver to bring it up to my room. However, they also never informed me that my order had been left at the front desk.
Breakfast was also extremely poor. They do not make fresh omelettes; they simply reheat pre-cooked ones, and the hash browns are also reheated. They still ask for a tip even though there is no table service—you have to pick up your food at the counter yourself.
Parking is an additional $25 per day.
Overall, a terrible hotel. I do not recommend it at all.

They do not know what they are doing. They have zero customer service skills. When I called to get refunded for an additional charge they hung up on me. I would suggest sleeping in a park over this hotel.
The coffee shop attached is also mid.

My mom and I stayed at doubleTree by Hilton Hartford for one night to attend a concert at People's Bank Arena. The entire stay was great, the rooms were clean and quiet the hotel was safe and secure I liked that you had to use a room key to operate the elevator. The front desk staff were very nice (the cookies were a delicious bonus) we loved the fact that we could get into the arena from the hotel without having to walk a outside! Overall we would stay here again!

Clean and nice hotel. Parking is easy but is $25 a day. Breakfast staff could have been nicer for example I asked for a chocolate chip muffin they gave me blueberry, they tried to charge us $25 for a cup of coffee and a water. Butttt they had cookies for free at the front desk! Tbh just grab breakfast somewhere else and it’s fine.

We had several issues with this hotel. First is that we booked using our Hilton Honor points, yet they charged our credit card anyway. They refused, both at the hotel and through their phone/email support to fix the problem. Second was with the food in the restaurant. I would pass on the over priced and over cooked microwave breakfast. The room was a fairly standard room with 2 queen beds. It had a slightly strange smell. The tv/entertainment system was quite old with the scrolling tv guide reminiscent of 20 years ago (and no streaming services).
