Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub closed about two years ago in 2023. This trend of hotels offering less amenities & activities seems to becoming more and more common.

The Manager Tray says to us as we check in, just so you know, you are getting a room with 2 queen beds not what you paid for which was a king room. We went back and forth with him until he he acted as though he did us a favor and miraculously found a king room to give us. The pho e in the room did not work and the shower water was only hot or cold no in-between. The bed was hard as a rock and when we called for additional pillows since the ones there were flat, the manager gave us attitude and hung up the phone. He refused to give us breakfast vouchers and was rude. Never again. The bed alone was a nightmare, Tray was just the icing on the cake. They need better training on how to treat people.

We are so glad we booked and stayed here for a concert recently. The location is absolutely perfect actually attached to the Civic Center. The lobby was beautiful. Everything was clean. Every staff member we met and dealt with was professional and nice and happy everybody was smiling. This place was great. I highly recommend it not to mention they give you fresh baked warm cookies.!!🍪

I want to take a moment to recognize Felecia Green, Director of Operations, for an act of genuine kindness that I will never forget.
During my stay, I became very ill while alone in my hotel room and far from home. It was an incredibly vulnerable and isolating experience. Felecia personally called to check on me, which alone meant more than she likely realized. She then went a step further and brought a thoughtfully prepared basket of items to my room to help me get through being sick.
That level of care, empathy, and personal attention is something I have never experienced from anyone working at a hotel before. In a moment when I felt scared, uncomfortable, and alone, she made me feel safe, supported, and truly taken care of. It didn’t feel like a professional obligation ; it felt human, compassionate, and sincere.
Felecia exemplifies what exceptional hospitality truly means. Her kindness turned a very difficult experience into one I will always remember with gratitude. She is an incredible asset to your organization, and her actions reflect the highest standard of leadership and care.

I wish I could say good things but on December 6th we arrived an hour before the check in time. The lady at the front desk, instead of greeting us all she said was if you’re checking in early it’s an extra 50 dollars. My wife asked her so even though we’re only an hour early and doesn’t matter if our room is ready it’s an extra 50 dollars on top of the expensive nightly rate and she said yes come back at 230 and I’ll check you in. So we left when we came back there was a horrendous line because she told everyone to come back later. So if that wasn’t bad enough when we tried to sleep in the room after our event we were there for our bed was so uncomfortable we had a hard time sleeping and we could hear everything outside, people reving there engines all night and our neighbor had a dog the would sometimes bark. After this we will never stay at a Hilton again mostly because of the rude front desk agent and will go back to only staying at Marriott’s.
